Good Rooms, all facilities like lift but needless to mention complimentary breakfast was. horrible and so called bed tea both purchased from road side chaiwala. Non tolerable. Hope as they had maintained guest house kitchen be also maintained. If you have just to go and sleep after office work it is okay.

Horrible and torturous is the best way I can describe. Firstly the pictures are misleading. This wasn't even a townhouse property. Secondly I arrived 3 hours after check in time and still my room wasn't ready. Made me wait 30mins when I just wanted to take a nap since I had come from far away driving 9 hours. Thirdly bedsheets and towels were pathetic with stains all over. No toiletries provided. And finally the worst of all, room and bathroom was crawling with insects, mosquitoes and red ants on my bed which bit me all over. I just somehow managed to spend the night and ran away the next day.

Very poor services. We arranged our Tilak and Haldi ceremonies. Firstly, they booked for 2 groups and said in isolation that entire property is booked only for you. Then the water issues came along with issue with lift. Room was clean though bed needs to be cleaned timely.

Not bad, but at the same time ain't great. Just okay. I have seen better Townhouse properties. Decent offering considering the locality. So if you're in this area, has to be this hotel.

Housekeeping needs to be properly monitored. Cleaning staff do not respond to the occupant's requests.

Poor Service. No water for almost 18 hours. Housekeeping not upto the mark. Dirty linen. Sluggish response after repeated calling. Erratic WiFi. In short, not worth a stay.

Visited because of office trip. Service is not good. rooms are not clean and almost everything needs repair. You can do much better in this price range.
