I recently stayed at Park Inn by Radisson, Civil Lines, Gurgaon, and overall, it was a nice experience. ### **Ambience & Interiors: ** With the addition of stylish modern furniture, the hotel’s interiors are elegant and its lobby is large with high ceilings. The marble flooring further adds to the luxurious feel. In addition, the art pieces and other decorative elements truly do bring beauty to the place. ### **Rooms & Cleanliness:** The rooms were in exceptional condition, clean and had all the essential amenities. The towels were soft, the bed was cozy, and the bathroom was spotless. Moreover, housekeeping was efficient and immediately attended to requests. ### **Service & Staff:** All hotel staff were polite, welcoming, and willing to help at all times. Check in and check out was efficient and effortless, and the front desk answered all questions professionally. ***Food & Dining:** Completely fulfilled with the quality served, the in-house restaurant offers a good variety of dishes. Even though the breakfast spread was fulfilling, it would’ve been nicer if there were more options. **Location & Accessibility:** Due to its position in Civil Lines, the hotel is easily accessible around Gurgaon. This makes for a great option for both business and leisure travelers.

Located amidst a string of Government establishments, the property looks away from the key attractions of Gurgaon. The rooms & linen are well maintained. The staff was very helpful. Breakfast spread, housekeeping of common areas & quality of food (especially avoiding food colour) can improve

Rooms - Good, neat & tried to maintain hygiene. Although the furniture is a bit old but re-polished. Air conditioner is quite good. Washroom were clean but basic toiletries were not provided. 6 storey building. Looks like property acquired by Park Inn brand. The ground floor has quite a big lobby with a restaurant and bar table. Not fully occupied when I visited. No nearby restaurants or pubs. Breakfast was quite delicious with all basic concepts covered. The dining area is well maintained.

Prasenjit nice and wonderful work in keep the rooms clean. Very good keep it up. Excellent room and facility. Nice food enjoyed the lot room service and amenities. Place is also near bazzar and we can find good transport facilities. Keep up the service.

The marble floors add the look of a grand place. There are many arrangements for comfortable sitting in the lobby. Decorations and the choice of artwork bring an excellence look to it. **Rooms & Cleanliness:** The rooms were clean and well-kept, with all important facilities available. The bedding was comfortable, the bathroom was super clean, and housekeeping was efficient and on time. **Service & Staff:** The staff was polite, highly professional, and cooperative. Check-in/check-out was hassle-free, and front desk responded promptly to my queries. **Food & Dining:** Food/Drink: Restaurant in-house offering good variety in dishes with moderate taste.
