Hotel O Cyber City Phase 3

The location is good but the staff service is poor. No water on both days in the warning so be prepared for a waterless morning. The room's bedshit was not changed and it was all dirty. I asked to change it and it took almost 2 days and one night to change it. The location is good but the staff and service is poor. In one word , unhygienic.

I had an amazing stay at Hotel O! The staff was incredibly friendly, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the service was top-notch. Everything was well-organized, and the location was perfect. Highly recommend for a relaxing and hassle-free stay!

Owner in room number 1 kept smoking hookah and everything for my complete stay. There was smoke in every room. AC was not working. My room was not clean even though I asked for cleaning multiple times but no result. There was very bad smell in room, bathroom, bed and blanket. Not sure if they take cleaning seriously at all. U block is known for its bad smell and garbage, so location wise this hotel was also no different. All the 5 star reviews are from owner only :( VERY BAD EXPERIENCE.

I Loved Everything about this Hotel & washroom was Clean they made check-in easy,Comfortable Bed & Polite Staff also its in Great Location Near Metro Station U block.

Rooms are not clean, I waited for more than 30 minutes for the room to be clean even I already made a note to the property for cleaning. If you are taking metro, then location wise it is okay, no complete services were provided by the hotel. Very disappoint with the service.

If you’re a solo traveler travelling to Gurgaon and looking for a place to stay for 1 or 2 days or may be a week this hotel/stay is much recommended. 1. Rooms are neat and clean and quite spacious (even for 2 guests). 2. Check in and check out process was very smooth. Hotel staff is welcoming and generous. 3. The reason I gave 5 stars for the location is because DLF phase 3 U-block has everything you need, literally EVERYTHING and connecting from here is very simple that’s because you have rapid metro right in front of your hotel. DMRC metro app is the proper guide for you to travel. Honestly I really had a comfortable stay and this is completely and unpaid honest review.

Had really bad experience here,no wifi working properly,lift not working,no proper cleaned rooms,they given me room on 5th floor where I had to climb the stairs, please ignore the positive reviews as they are probably fake ones for PR,also the location is totally inaccessible with smelly roads where garbage is thrown
