Saltstayz Horizon

Only the check in was smooth and it was on road property other then that I didn’t like a single thing.. this property wasn’t maintained well.. the lift was slow and seems like it was just a plywood made lift and same goes with bed it was making so much noise like it was really old and can break anytime. We called at reception for changing bedsheets as the sheets very too dirty so the blanket was (hairs and all seriously unhygienic). The boy came to change after 30-40mins of calling twice, murmuring angrily. I mean what kind of behaviour it is. We stay there because most of the hotels of that area were full cause of new year. We somehow manage to stay for 5-6 hours as we were too tired to search other options.

Really good experience with unlimited breakfast. Room is clean and all facilities good. You may check facilities while booking and ask for them they will surely provide you like Dental kit, dryer, iron and the view of room no 510 is best. Its a family room.

I hosted a corporate party here for about 30 folks and it was an amazing experience! Their rooftop is very beautiful and the food prepared by them is delicious! Staff was very friendly, especially the manager Mr. Rahul has been very cooperative to our needs and provided immense support and assistance in everything. Overall a great experience!

Nice and well maintained property . My checkin was smooth and the person at reception helped with room at higher floor on my request. Small buffet breakfast was good with daily different Menu . Daily cleaning of rooms 👍🏻👍🏻.

I had a great stay with Saltstayz Horizon while in Gurgaon! The rooms were nice and the staff was extremely helpful! The location adds to the convenience of moving around town! Would definitely revisit

Near and clean spacious room. Breakfast was good but need to slightly improve on services. Hotel is slightly difficult to locate as it's on service road. Good staff Overall nice place to stay

Terrible Terrible stay ! WHAT A SCAM !! I don’t know how some people are giving positive reviews , Please please do not stay here. I booked this property at 3400 rs (Family Room) approx on MMT . I booked their biggest room FAMILY ROOM. which is not at all 225sq ft . Bathroom door is broken( All their rooms are like that because I checked 2 other rooms), Mirror was broken , Parking is a huge problem, And I am going to give you the proof of their filthy scam .. THEY DO NOT EVEN HAVE ALMIRAHS in their rooms. Not even in their Biggest Room FAMILY ROOM, No mini Fridge , RO bottles were dirty , Small TV , No Balcony. Rooms are pathetic, bathrooms are unhygenic. Room keys stuck in the keyhole Food is good though , service is decent. If you really wanna save your money search and book something better. Do not fall for the rating it’s all just a BIG SCAM . Saltstayz is a good brand but this one is probably their worst property.
