FabHotel Rivlet - Hotel in DLF Phase 3

Absolutely Disgusted – Do NOT Stay Here! Racist, Unprofessional, and Worst Service Ever! I had one of the most horrifying hotel experiences of my life at FabHotel Rivlet. We made a confirmed reservation and fully paid in advance. But the moment we arrived at the property, we were refused a room purely because we are from Nepal. Yes, you read that right – outright racism. There was no such restriction mentioned anywhere online, and they never reached out to inform us in advance. They happily took our money, waited until we arrived, and then denied us entry only after seeing our passports. Their staff was unapologetic, rude, and made no effort to resolve the situation. The management was equally pathetic – arrogant, unhelpful, and showed zero professionalism. This kind of behavior is absolutely unacceptable in the hospitality industry. Discriminating against guests based on nationality is not just unethical, it’s disgusting. We were left stranded despite having a valid booking. Not only was our time and money wasted, but we also had to deal with the emotional stress of being treated like this in a foreign place. I strongly urge everyone to avoid this place. If you value decency, respect, and basic human dignity, do NOT stay at FabHotel Rivlet. They don’t deserve your money or trust.

Rooms not well maintained. No safety, All the rooms balcony doors are not closing. All the rooms balcony's are closed to each other any one from other room can enter our room. I checked other rooms all are same. No name board of the hotel, I was roaming in taxi for ten minutes searching for the hotel. Reception lady was very Rude and not accepting the door lock issue. Fabhotel should check and maintain the Quality of the hotel.

After my trip to the Maldives, I had a transit stop in India and booked a room at this Fab Hotel. When we arrived, the staff showed us the room and everything seemed fine—until they saw our Nepali passports. Shockingly, they told us to leave immediately and refused to let us check in, despite having a valid booking. The hotel staff were extremely rude and blatantly discriminatory. I’ve never felt so humiliated. This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable and reflects poorly not just on the hotel, but on hospitality in general. I would strongly advise anyone—especially international travelers—not to stay here. Avoid this place at all costs.

I had a confirmed, prepaid reservation at FabHotel Rivlet. When I arrived, they refused to give me the room just because I’m from Nepal. This was not stated anywhere on their website or booking platform. The staff only made this decision after checking my passport — and were extremely rude and dismissive when I questioned it.||It was a shocking and disappointing experience. Not only was this discriminatory and unethical, but also very poorly handled by the staff and management.||I would strongly advise travelers — especially international guests — to avoid this hotel. This is not how guests should be treated in any part of the world.

Misbehaved by the receptionist. The window curtain was very dirty and not properly hung. The room's fan was not working. Although it wasn't fixed by the service staff after complain.

Location is very close to the offices and it's in posh area. Staff and services were amazing. Will recommend everyone to book this if you're coming to DLF.

On online booking they charged 1800 per day but on reaching the owner starting creating fuss. As I was late in the night I hv to adjust. No parking for car.No lift. Dirty smelly rooms.

Good place if you work at cyber hub or cyber city. The receptionist was very accommodating. I wanted to make some changes to my booking and he helped me with it. Whatever I asked him he was able to help me with.
