First and foremost, this is not a 4-Star hotel. They wrongly advertise. Its not even a 2-star hotel the way they have maintained it. Its poorly maintained property. 1) There was no welcome drink as mentioned in their ad. 2) The kitchen closes at 10:30 PM, so no 24 Hrs room service. 3) The Rooms are not well maintained, it was damp and smelly. 4) Lots of cockroaches in the room, some dead, some half dead. At least 20 of them were dead in the bathroom and they had not even bothered to clean. 5) No hot water; on inquiry, they say heater broken and it had never happened, but previous reviews showed similar issues before. 6) Broken TV, Broken AC, Stains on Bed. No replacement of toiletries. 7) Breakfast was very disappointing; there were not many options, and mostly small chafers would be empty and purposely kept empty, and you have to ask for the food every time. Staff do not even do basic cleaning and maintenance unless you ask them. One of the worst hotels I stayed; it was not worth the money they charge for the room which was Rs4K for room with breakfast. I would suggest avoiding it at all costs. I wish I could cancel it, but it was booked via my office.

This a good hotel in DLF Phase 3. Located at a great place the hotel is good for business trips. The rooms are spacious and good. The staff is helpful and courteous . Food quality is good. The breakfast spread could be improved as it has limited items. Overall a great place to stay.

It was a great experience staying at Jüsta. I stayed for 15 days and really enjoyed the greenery and the birds chirping in the morning. The room was well-equipped with all the necessities, and the food was delicious. A special thanks to Mahesh and the rest of the room service team. I would also like to thank the receptionist, Sonam. Give a try to this Hotel. You will really enjoy!

Very nice hospitality and the front desk is professional The entire staff is cheerful, Friendly, Polite and helpful.The rooms and washroom are very neat and clean .Even allowed me to use a room after check out time and special Thanks to Sonam and Rajib supervisor very helpful person.

Good quality of food , Chef Gautam had prepared delicious chicken Briyaani Paneer Lababdaar and custard , would love to try once again in my next visit . Experienced, lacking in providing hot water in toilet , took shower with bit of cold water in the month of November, which is little distressing during our stay. I have experience justa property before but this property doesn't even match the level of 3 star hotel. It's not maintained well all the photos are misleading, staff is not cooperative. Breakfast is worst among all. Walls are leaking and rooms are smelly. This property is having its last days if not renovated soon. Please don't book your stay.

Very good service and facility provided by the employees of the this hotel and room near and clean . Excellent support/service given by Mr Rajeev and Sonam. All the employees are well behaved.

I stayed in a room with balcony with pleasant view of the greenery around. Had a very comfortable stay. Special thanks to Mr. Rajib and Hotel staff are very helpful and professional.
