AIr conditioner flaps are broken, fan was noisy and loud, had to climb 5 floors since no elevator, no breakfast provided even though mentioned in the invoice.

AC access they have in their hands and operating as they want - morning time from 5 AM they usually shut it down till your checkout They have the MCB near stairs with marking of room numbers you can check if the asked there is automatic shutdown

Location was good. Receptionist was very cooperative and allowed us to do late check out by paying 300rs extra. Only the problem was rooms was not maintained properly. Stains on the walls. Washroom was not cleaned properly. No hot water in the morning as gyser was not working. Room was not cleaned properly

HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED. We went to check the rooms in person and staff was nothing but rude and made our day worse by being judgmental. Won’t recommend for anyone specially for females, families.

Worst condition and not good for living. Even not deserving single star rating. There was no servcing at all. Water bottle provided also TAP water which was unhygienic to drink. Attached photos of this hotel can explains how worst conditions are the rooms.

I booked classic room by Oyo plateform a confirm booking done. When I reached hotel at 31 December 2023 the very Rude manager and his polite receptionist is refused my check-in and give me an offer room will be available at additional cast of 1000 with I have already paid on Oyo plateform. After lots of call with Oyo customer support finally I came back from hotel Oyo take cancellation charges of 500. This hotal staff ruined my money and time. Oyo please blacklist such lala ji type of hotels. I faced these problems with my 3 year old baby and wife. Seriously do not book such kind of fraud management property
