I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, thanks in large part to the incredibly polite and attentive staff. From the moment I checked in, every interaction was warm,❤️, professional, and welcoming. The front desk team greeted me with genuine smiles and were quick to assist with any questions I had. Housekeeping was respectful and courteous, always ensuring my room was spotless while maintaining privacy. The restaurant staff also went out of their way to make dining a pleasant experience. It's clear that customer service is a top priority here. Highly recommended for anyone who values respectful and friendly hospitality!

This is a great place to stay. Slightly more than half a kilometre from Moulsari Avenue rapid metro station, so I walked to the hotel. I was welcomed with a smile and a glass of water and checked-in to the room without early check-in charges. The room was spacious, had TV, Fridge, almirah, cozy bed, AC and chair-table set too. It was well cleaned and all the toiletries were placed. The mam in the morning and noon, and the gentleman in the evening and night, were very helpful as the receptionist. They room utmost care and are professional at their job. Additionally, the room service staff was great and professional as well, they came quietly, did their part and left with a smile. They have an in-house kitchen and the food was very delicious. The wifi was high-speed as well. I would surely like to rebook for my future time offs.

I have stayed there twice and i must say its one of the best hotels among many in that area. Every single staff at the property is extremely cordial, courteous and cooperative. Service is great too, infact superb. Rooms are spacious, clean and well maintained. Entire property is very well maintained too. To summarize it all its a great place and would be a default choice for me ever.

Reception , Room service and House keeping staff are always on time at your service . Very prompt , very helpful and they are always smiling and they spread a positive vibe . Rooms are spacious and clean . Food ordered from room service has a very authentic taste . Enjoyed my stay here and would recommend to stay here irrespective whether you are a family , couple or business stay.

Staff at reception area Ms. Hemlata is doing good job. She is helpful. Room service boy Mr. Dev is kind and helpful. Food service guy Mr. Prem is cheerful, smiling face. All the Staff crew in this hotel are doing good job.. keep up the same work.. all the best for your future guys...cheers...

I had an exceptional stay at MOD Avenue The rooms were spotless, spacious, and very well maintained, with all the amenities needed for a comfortable and relaxing experience. What truly made the stay memorable, however, was the outstanding service. A special mention to Ashish from the reception—his professionalism, warm hospitality, and prompt assistance made check-in smooth and every interaction pleasant. He went above and beyond to ensure that we were comfortable throughout our stay. It’s rare to find such genuine service, and Ashish truly stands out. I stayed at Mod Avenue Hotel from 3rd to 15th July, and I must say — what a fantastic experience! From the moment I checked in, the staff was incredibly warm, welcoming, and attentive. They truly made me feel at home. The food was absolutely delicious, with a great variety and consistent quality every day. A special shoutout to Shipra — the absolute highlight of this property! Her warm hospitality and constant support added a personal touch to my stay. I’d also like to thank Hemlata and Anand for their excellent assistance throughout. The room service was prompt and efficient, and the overall environment was so friendly and comforting.
