NillI had a very unpleasant stay at Hotel MA32 in Gurgaon. The experience was highly disappointing for several reasons: 1. My personal belongings were stolen during the stay – first my ear buds and later even my mobile charger. When I reported this, the staff completely denied it instead of investigating or helping. 2. The washroom did not have proper water supply, which caused a lot of inconvenience. 3. Basic services were extremely poor – even after calling, towels and water were not provided on time. Overall, the hotel management is careless, the staff is uncooperative, and the property does not feel safe for guests. I would strongly advise others to avoid staying here if they value their belongings, comfort, and proper service.

NillI am writing to formally express my deep dissatisfaction with my recent stay at Hotel MA32, which was booked through your platform. My experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing and well below the standards expected, severely affecting my trip. During my stay at Hotel MA32, I encountered the following serious issues: • Room door not locking, causing major security concerns throughout the duration of my stay. • Presence of a cockroach in the bed, which is completely unacceptable and reflects very poor hygiene standards. • No water in the washroom, making it impossible to maintain basic personal hygiene. • Very disgusting service, as none of the above concerns were addressed by the hotel staff despite repeated complaints. • No hotel hospitality provided, with no attempt by staff to make guests comfortable or resolve issues. • Rude behavior by staff, making the environment hostile and unpleasant. I raised these concerns with the hotel management during my stay, but unfortunately, the staff was unhelpful and dismissive. This lack of basic amenities and poor service not only caused significant discomfort but also ruined my overall travel experience. In light of the above, I request that MakeMyTrip urgently investigates this matter and arranges for a suitable resolution, including a refund or compensation for the distress caused. Please escalate this complaint to the concerned department, and respond within 14 days with the actions you intend to take. I have retained all booking details, receipts, and photographs as evidence, and am prepared to pursue the matter through regulatory and consumer complaint channels if a satisfactory response is not received. NillWorst hotel experience!!!⚠️⚠️⚠️ I visted this hotel with my friend and after checkout i made and showed them the payment made however hotel staff called me the next day and said that payment is not made. I showed the person all the proofs and the person on the desk kept on calling me and asking to make a payment again. I sent them the message i received from the bank and they said it is fake and started talking rude and harassing me. They even said we will call the police. The last option i had is to show them the bank statement which i did and they still continue asking me to pay again. I would request to never go to this place and ruin your experience. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE ‼️‼️‼️‼️

NillVery honestly, a best hotel accommodation where neatliness and cleaneliness combined with good behaviour of the hotel staff and the inhouse catering staff are experienced. Excellent facility for the people that are budget concious, however, I would recommend it to the people that are not budget concious, you will be happy to stay here. A Barista coffee outlet besides the accommodation makes it quite pleasant place for meeting customers as well.

NillThe location of the property is good for the Cyber City in Gurgaon and the T3 terminal of IGI airport. Rooms are of small size. Food is okay, tariffs are good for the location
