Cozy and clean rooms in a well-connected location. It’s a great place to stay, with an ideal location. The rooms come with balconies, so you don’t feel claustrophobic. While the food is slightly overpriced considering the hotel’s overall standard, the quality of the rooms and the level of cleanliness make up for it. Overall, good value for the amount you pay.

The stay has one of the most beautiful rooms I came across in Gurgaon. Loved the interiors, the cleanliness was on-point, staff was well-behaved too. It was a nice experience with them, would definitely stay here again.

Very rude behavior by Guards and MD of this hotel. They don’t have valet parking service and they torture customers with parking issues. Earlier during check in they were so polite so kind. But while check out they didn’t send anyone for luggage even after requesting them. Then i parked my car at the gate n requested them i am coming in 2 minutes with my luggage. The guards misbehaved a lot and followed me till left area to remove car. I came down within 5 minutes and found the guards accumulated in a group with MD who started bashing me. Shameful behavior. Don’t know how to be hospitable with customers.

Disappointing Experience – Unreasonable Policies & Poor Treatment I recently visited here for a short 2-hour stay, and my experience was far from pleasant. The hotel staff was unprofessional and imposed unreasonable restrictions that were neither communicated beforehand nor mentioned in their policies. 1. They did not allow more than four people to sit together in a room, which was highly inconvenient and unnecessary. 2. They failed to inform us that the rooms were non-smoking, yet later charged an excessive fine without any prior warning. 3. The staff was impolite and seemed to categorize guests unfairly, making us feel unwelcome. A good hospitality establishment should prioritize clear communication, fair policies, and respectful treatment of guests—unfortunately, this hotel failed on all fronts. As an official google reviewer and local guide, I do not recommend this place to anyone looking for a hassle-free and respectful stay.

I stayed for just 2 hours, yet the experience was frustrating due to the staff’s rigid and unreasonable policies. They strictly restricted more than four people from even sitting together in a room, which felt unnecessary. Nowhere in their booking details or check-in process did they mention that the rooms were non-smoking, yet they imposed an unfairly high fine afterward. The staff’s behavior was unprofessional and unwelcoming, making us feel judged rather than treated as valued guests. Good hospitality is about transparency, politeness, and fair treatment—unfortunately, this hotel lacks all three. Wouldn’t recommend it to anyone looking for a smooth and comfortable experience.
