“Budget friendly, Dated place with good exterior but needs maintanence ” The place was not very expensive so that was a plus. The exterior had a lot of greenery. But the hotel itself was very dated and definitely needs some renovation. The rooms were dark and dingy with mold in some places. The room ambience wasn't to our taste. Cleanliness was not the best but not too bad either. During my parents stay the geyser in their room was out of order and the staff was helpful enough to supply hot water in buckets for bathing. It would be helpful if they check if the facilities in the rooms are functioning properly and do the needful repairs before allotting rooms. My parents were unable to use shower and had to take bucket baths due to broken water heater which was a minor inconvenience. The helpful staff made up for some of these issues. You can choose this place for short one or 2 day stays if you're looking to save money.

This is noway a four star property. They said it's the oldest jüSTa property, it's tru. This property is really old. You will not find the garden fountains as shown in the photos. They might have been once upon a time. The hotel staff is very cooperative and courteous, but that doesn't. If you reach restaurant for breakfast you may have to long wait for the food items in buffet. Something or the other will be over and God knows when it will be ready. So you should have enough time for breakfast. Other food items of the menu may not be necessarily available if you try to order. But whatever they will provide is very tasty. However the food items are overpriced like bottled water. But you have to bear it there no option nearby except the Swiggy. Yes one good thing that they have no objection if you order food from outside. Rooms are clean and tidy.

The stay is very comfortable and the services are timely and judicious. Staff has a respectful and a friendly approach towards everyone and they stretch an extra mile in order to help fulfill our requests. Special thanks to Sonam, Rajeev, Nisha, and zaheed for making my stay comfortable and seamless. The security, restaurant and the management staff are quite proactive in their approach towards the customers and go beyond their duties to help you enjoy the experience at the property. Looking forward to staying here in future.. A must visit.

I stayed at Justa Gurgaon for 14 days and had a truly wonderful experience. The hospitality and service provided by the staff were exceptional and made my stay very comfortable. A special mention to Sonam, Nisha, Rajiv, Umesh, and Mahesh for their outstanding support, warm behavior, and attention to detail throughout my stay. The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and equipped with all necessary amenities, making it ideal for both short and long stays. The overall environment of the hotel was welcoming and professional, and the service quality remained consistent every day. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Gurgaon – excellent staff and great service!

Absolutely loved my stay here. The hospitality was warm, food was fantastic, and the facilities were top-notch. I was especially impressed by how the GM made the effort to interact with guests, listen to feedback, and implement suggestions. It shows how much the hotel values its visitors. This attention to detail makes me want to return again soon……

The overall experience was positive, with the exception of the Wi-Fi connectivity inside the rooms. The staff consistently provided excellent assistance, including facilitating document printing at the reception, which proved to be particularly beneficial. I would like to acknowledge the exceptional service provided by Sonam, Bappi, and Rajiv.
