Worst hotel experience ever. I genuinely don’t know who the man at the reception thinks he is. Rude, unhelpful and full of himself for no reason. Rooms were super tiny and still expensive. AC legit stopped working at night and no one cared. The breakfast ends sharply at 10, and they straight up refused to give anything after. Like seriously? And what’s with asking for two IDs? One of us didn’t have it and just asked for a bit of time, but dude told us to leave if we couldn’t give it right then.

Our stay was super comfortable, staff is very friendly, and making sure you feel home, and that your needs are met. |Breakfast was delicious, enjoyed it at the beautiful terrace. |Our room was very clean and they were cleaning it every day, and complementary water was always provided. |Thank you for your hospitality.

It was the absolute worst experience I have ever had. Our air conditioner stopped working at midnight. Had to change rooms in the middle of the night. Receptionist was a complete jerk. Did not mind apologizing. Breakfast ended at 10 a.m.Now, because we had to change rooms at midnight, we awoke a little late, which is obvious. We missed breakfast by 20 minutes and still did not get it. Something in the rooms irritated our eyes. They should teach their employees about hospitality and proper manners.

It was a very pathtic experince .. room was very small and the charge too much .. there was a man in reception was so rude and he was not even listening . I want to change my room because when i entered in the room was to to small and i wanted to change the room i aksed him and he was refuesed and not even give me proper answer i took out from the hotel even he did not stop me . I do not recommend this hotel to any one .. atleast staff should be well behaved to the client . plzz make sure do not stand any body like this in fornt of the guest .. Plzzz dont down your repo ... Give one star ..

The hotel is a nice and comfortable option that you can look for in dlf phase 3 gurgaon. The staff is extremely courteous and helpful. The food is homely and is palatable, specially the spice level being moderate and the right amount being a hotel. The laundry service is good and gives same day deliveries. The rooms are spacious and cosy with the right amenities. They have an open parking space besides the hotel.
