Experience of hotel service is good and I will recommend to other people as well.|Good choice to choose this place for living 1 or 2 days. Rooms are pretty well with clean and tidy. Room service is worthy for what we are paying. Food is good and tasty. They provided free parking. Loved it.

Bahut bekar service Room very dirty no room facilities. Water not comes in washroom. Lift not work. Maneger behaviour and staff behaviour not good.

Hotel commitment is not as per the mark. What they say is not reflect in their actions. So you can not trust if you organise any food party event etc on particular day...it might be that promissed action will not happen and you caught in mid of the river in that time.

Dont book this hotel even in your bad dreams , i booked this hotel through oyo then oyo was showing booking confirmed and when i reached hotel at night the manager denied checkin through oyo and told me to that he will not accept booking through oyo then oyo customer care told me to go another property at midnight which was rediculous idea and fraud by oyo then anyhow i decided to settle with manager and paid all extra amount to stay but when i entered in room the bedsheet was used not fresh one ,water was not coming in the tabs and ac was a dubba ,,and toilet seat was not cleaned since many months (yellowish) yukkkkk ,please dont book this hotel if like hygiene.

Great experience! It was great experience to stay in hotel city point. Staffs were so humble and calm. Very attentive, Very good foods and rooms. Highly recommended.
