Hotel O Dwarka Palace

I booked a room in this hotel on 16 SEP 19 for a single person as me, I was very much disappointed by receptionist. The service staff was good accept the receptionist. The behaviour of receptionist was very rude, he miss behaved with me & my two friends who came in hotel room to meet me for a while few minutes. Next day I checkout this hotel and the receptionist added extra item in my bill that I didn't ordered and forcing me to pay. Finally I paid and leave this hotel & in future never stay again. I suggest you to pls keep a professional service staff and a receptionist, that have polite in nature. Also give proper dress code to all staff.....at least the receptionist fisrt which should be gentle look and dress first. Thanks.

It was good. Neat nd clean room nd bathroom. Plus the staff was also good. But we have toh book another room bcoz we didn't know about the checkin timings as oyo didn't mention the check-in conditions in the description. So please mention it in your description.

I wouldn't stay in ANY OYO again. I thought if it is at par with photos advertised, it would be a great deal. The whole room was stinking due to stench from the bathroom. Overall disgusting. Positive side - owner was polite.

It is old hotel, room is unclean. but staff are good and supportive. Also, location is like a village you won't get a place for breakfast. For lunch and dinner restaurant is available adjacent to the hotel.

This hotel or so called hotel isn’t up to standard of even street living ! Rooms are to sleep only if you think you will be able to take a bath or such, the stench coming from the bathroom wouldn’t let you . Horrible smell , unclean bathroom , not cooperative staff , no hot water , no towel or toiletries provided , wouldn’t trust their food on menu either . Don’t waste your money with oyo

Very cheap hotel, I honestly tell everybody please don't select Oyo for your stay. They never wash bed sheets, never clean the property. While talking to the customer care they offer 5* facility and what are being provided is unforgettable.

It is very far from gurgaon.Good and supportive staff members also room service was nice.Room was very clean and properly managed.You can't get food near by and hotel also doesn't contain kitchen.As it is outer area so can't find food nearer.If you ask to hotel staff then they can arrange food for you.Overall room experience was good.
