It is an excellent hotel. Staff are excellent. Best hotel I have ever experience. I can say it's better than 5star. We take jacuzzi room. The only problem is it takes too much time to fill the tub because we need to turn it off and on continuously for hot water.But overall I still love it. It'll be my forever gateway hotel

I paid 9.5K for room with Projector and Jacuzzi to celebrate my wife's birthday. Here's what you get in 9.5K: 1. Spider nets inside the room meaning no proper Cleaning 2. Old bedsheets where you can easily spot the hairs of people who have previously stayed 3. A not working Jacuzzi which is their exclusive thing. We had to manually fill the Jacuzzi using bucket and water from the bathroom 4. A bad quality projector with even more bad quality in built speaker. You cannot connect your system or even Bluetooth speaker. 5. Tasteless Food (which would be charged extra) on which one would prefer to go on a fast if swiggy zomato delivery was not allowed 6. Fraud Vendors. I paid additional 4.5k for birthday decoration where their vendor gave me options and I chose 1 and paid the amount. In return I got very very basic decoration. Even their ground staff confirmed that the decoration was not of 4.5k but only of 1k. But good luck getting the amount back. Special mention of their manager Mr. Nirmal Solanki who promised decoration money return after sorting out with their accounts team but till date (after 20 days), not a single penny has been received 7. The ground staff was very helpful in sorting out the room issues which took us nearly 4 hours. Managerial staff would just turn a blind eye to the problems. So in short, I will not recommended the property to anyone. I wasted 15k which I paid just for 1 horrible night experience. Better to go for some 5 star property which you can get in this budget.

Horrible Experience at Orsom Stays, Sector 53, Gurgaon – AVOID at All Costs! I recently stayed at Orsom Stays, Sector 53, Gurgaon, for a week, and it was an absolute nightmare. This place is a disgrace to the hospitality industry. Here’s why: 1. Overcharged for Food: They doubled our food bills without any justification. Every meal felt like daylight robbery. 2. Pathetic Room Service: Despite following up a million times for basic services like water, fresh towels, or a bedsheet change, nothing was done. Shockingly, there were no toiletries provided. 3. Unhygienic Rooms: When we checked in, the bedsheets were used and stained, and they weren’t changed for the entire week. Absolutely unacceptable! 4. Unresponsive Staff: The staff was either indifferent or outright incompetent. Getting even the simplest tasks done was an uphill battle. 5. Poor Hospitality Across the Board: It wasn’t just us—every other guest we spoke to was irate over the same issues. They lure customers in with low room rates, only to fleece them with exorbitant charges for everything else. It’s a blatant money grab paired with zero customer care. Save yourself the stress and frustration—do not stay here. This place doesn’t deserve your money or your time.

I got an amazing service from Dhrumi, Annu and Kiran Receptionist. All the staff members are so sweet and polite. Do visit Once as rooms are Clean. All Rooms have amazing Theme with Jacuzzi that you will definitely Fall in love❤️.
