It is a neat and nice hotel. It is very convenient for me to walk to the Air India Office at Vatika One-on-One. This Hotel is closer to 32Avenue and Galaxy. I find this hotel to be a budget friendly one and in fact, all staff are very courteous and well mannered.

I had a terrible experience during my stay. The room was in an pathetic state with mold/fungus infestation everywhere—walls, cupboards, taps, bathroom, bed. There was no ventilation, and the overwhelming moldy smell made it impossible to stay even for a few hours. The bathroom had broken, leaky faucets, waterlogging issues, and poor drainage, and the geyser wasn’t functional. To make matters worse, the wardrobe was covered in fungus. Despite bringing these issues to the staff’s attention, they seemed indifferent and did not address the concerns. I cannot recommend this place to anyone.

The hotel room was clean, nice and spacious. The staff were friendly and helpful. The impeccable service and hospitality of your staff made our retreat most enjoyable.The room service was always on time. Pinak shety was incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay

I had a program of almost 100 people at IRIS. The arrangement done by Iris hotel was very disappointing 1. waiters service was very poor. Some were rude to our guests 2. They were unresponsive 3. The supply of snacks was not all sufficient. They were served only once 4. The quality of crockery was of very low standard Plastic spoons were placed In main course 5. Breads and starters were not served efficiently - only one pizza was served in whole event. Some guests waited for almost 30 minutes for breads 6. Tea was served in plastic cups - below standard quality It was really embarrassing for us. We would never recommend this hotel to anyone. Third class service and staff

One of the worst hotels you can book one of the worst staff ever they are not friendly they were drunk at night making the whole stay worse and were talking very badly and yes i am talking about the manager eveyone is praising about PINAK the manager is the worse, and to add the rooms werent clean the bathrooms smelled, SERIOUSLY DONT BOOK THIS HOTEL EVER!!!!

The room was fantastic, neat and clean. Everything was available, hot water, water bottles, kettle, etc. Mr. Pinak was very helpful and he made the checkin process very smooth.

A perfect location for stay in gurgaon, near to 32nd Avenue, ambience perfect, rooms are spacious and bathtub is also available. Breakfast was also good. Only one feedback: Dental kit should be included in stay cost only
