Hotel O Delta Square

I went to gurgaon for medical purpose in medanta medicine. The best part of the hotel id that this hotel is the nearest to the hospital. If you have some purpose in the hospital, this is the best option that you have got. It's cheap and right I'm front of the back gate of hospital. Apart from that, rooms are small, not that clean. Bathrooms are bearable ,not that dirty , but not as clean as expected. Hotel staff is friendly, restorent service is bad , so you have to rely on swiggy or zomato.

I can say that the staff was very welcoming and friendly. But the room were not that good, our TV had a broken display. And they don't have their own restaurant so Zomato and swiggy are the only options.

Image shown online is totally different from reality, not a single room ready at 1.30pm after having booking in advance, washroom looks more dirty than public washrooms, messy wall paints, mattresses are bad quality.

Great place for medanta Madi city hospital patients family. Because Back door entrance is very near. Avoid all traffic and noise.

Extension not working, staff was more interested in doing very basic formalities, no soap or other utilities provided, post shift change of staff night service level was low

Phone not working, TV remote provided later but didn't work, contested area outside hotel, reception person has no courtesy to take some luggage to room as I was having 4 bags to carry myself

Great place to stay specially for medical tourism as it's walking distance from wold class hospital Medanta.....

Verry bad tv is not working .I don't think there is any single ac in any room
