Wonderful place to stay , rooms are very clean and spacious and staff is kind and helpful. One of my friends suggested it who had earlier stayed here and my stay too was amazing. Highly recommend 🙂

I stayed there for one night during my visit to Medanta. The environment is clean and peacful. The staffs are very cooperative. They provided me dinner during mid night (of course on payment basis)

The rooms at the hotel are excellent—spacious and clean—but the room service is quite disappointing. The staff is not very hospitable to guests. While the location is convenient, especially if you're visiting the nearby Medanta Hospital, my two-day stay was more than enough for my family and me. The cost is higher compared to other hotels in the area. If you're in the area for a hospital visit, I would recommend Hotel Dream Connect or Hotel Pashupati instead. Both offer good room service, clean and spacious rooms, and bed and breakfast options. The front desk staff is very friendly, the security is excellent, and the prices are much more reasonable—about half the cost of The Palm Inn. Plus, these hotels are just a 2-minute walk from the back gate of Medanta Hospital.

I stayed one week in this property with family during my recent medical trip. Rooms were clean and spacious, very close to Medanta Hospital (within 5 minutes walking distance), safe, and its staff were very much helpful and responsive. It will be more convenient if the hotel has its own restaurant.
