Collection O Sapphire 83

This place is awful. Dirty rooms, dirty sheets, no amenities, not even a toothbrush. Just a tiny bar of medimix. I had to beg for a towel. The floors and walls are disgusting and I’m pretty sure it has bedbugs. Just terrible.

Pathetic staff attitude and service, beautiful property, great rooms with sitting room kitchen and a bedroom. There are shops, restaurants, convenience store and everything right underneath the hotel, but the front office staff is bad. The rooms are not properly attended, you have to ask for anything atleast 3-4 times. They don't clean the rooms on their own everyday. I stayed 4 days great value for money. Rooms were comfortable, but staff is bad. Can't stay here again.

Collection O Sapphire 83 MNS024 does NOT exist. I was told that it has been closed few months ago. Booking ID: SLUQ4782 . The customer care didn't offer any alternative, as no nearby OYO

I was in suite and only one AC was working. No dental kit, no shower wash, no electric kettle was provided. Room was clean. There were other problems also with the balcony door

Hotel owner is using different names of same property sapphire 83, lime wood stay and many more he denied my checkin, asking for extra money, hotel owner is so rude he is bluffing doing fraud I am going to lodge FIR against property owner if he didn’t refunded my money. Please guys don’t go to this property

Nice place to stay near IMT Manesar(Gurugram), budget hotel stay. Clean rooms & good staff. For food options are very limited but you can have more option outside mall. Good thing is multiplex is in the same building.

This property doesnot exist pls dont pay in adavnce for this and kindly dont book this else you will land in last minute problem with no clue what to do next.
