FabHotel Wedding Bliss 38 - Hotel in Medanta Hospital, Gurgaon

The service was not satisfactory. No toiletries were provided, on asking just one towel, despite being two guests was provided. The lift was not working, which was difficult for me, as I had a patient with me. I had confirmed earlier with them regarding the lift, but on arrival I was informed that it broke today itself. My stay was not at all satisfactory.

First of all, they haven't put any sign board outside the property.Their room service was very poor, no toiletries provided,TV was broken and when asked at reception they said that TV doesn't work in any room food is not available at the hotel they said to buy it from outside overall very worst experience. The rooms were very dirty.

First of all the location of the hotel is far away from the City centre and the approach road is waterlogged and muddy. There's no signage indicating that this building is a hotel and we have to enter, enquire and confirm. The hotel rooms are very dirty and emitting foul smell, the walls are in very bad condition, the switch boards are broken and when I switched on the AC, water started coming out of it. One TV was there but no plug point to connect it, enquired with the reception and he told "No TV". Got a water bottle but no complementary breakfast as promised. They don't even provide a dustbin inside the room and I got a paperbag for putting the trash. I wonder how "Fab Hotels" are promoting this type of trash hotels spoiling their reputation.

The location shown in Map is of Old Gurgaon whereas the Hotel is located in New Gurgaon ... I have faced difficulty in locating the property .... Upon reaching found out that internet was not working ... so changed the room ... next morning I had to ask for a soap when it was given ... I was further told to pay INR 50, for Dental Kit (which I haven't purchased) ... on the second day , they forgeot to being Breakfast which was included of my booking ... I had to wait for 30 mins for the same .... till date the guest record is being maintained manually on a locally purchased register, it should be in a computer so that issues like missing out on breakfast, poor internet , unserviceable lifts can be resolved

Worst staying experience of my entire life. The receptionist is hardly care about his job, the staff member are unexpectedly unprofessional. On fab hotel listings they mentioned free breakfast but they didn’t offer you any breakfast with your stay. I ordered breakfast and call twice but didn’t get any response. The rooms are horribly shady and stinky. I I need refund.

This Hotel is one of the best hotel i ever seen .and the receptionist , jagveer is very humble perosn and very respected ,,,and quality of food he provide us, was so tasty .... 🙂

Beaware… never stay at this hotel. Staff is horrible. They provided very dirty mattresses and pillows. When I complained, they said we will replace it in few hrs. But they never did during my 3 days of stay after repetitive requests. Food was also not hygienic. I got food poisoning after eating my lunch. On day when I order dinner they did not provided it till 10:30 pm I complained on the reception, they said “Malik se baat kar lo.”. I talked with the owner and he assured me he will solve it but all in vain. Luckily I had some biscuits which I ate before sleeping. The only thing that was good here was Wi-Fi.

Room was very unhygenic especially toilet and bathroom. Staff behaviour was very unprofessional. Strict No if you are visiting with family. All PG People staying in Room and No restaurants nearby and No kitchen facility in the hotel
