Townhouse 1293 Infinity stays

This place offers both PG and room services. I'd say this place is decent only. However room services are very poor here, they don't care about the room until you poke them. Another drawback is that there are just two water dispensers and only one washing machine in this entire 4 floor building which might give you an exacerbated experience.

within budget as tourist or short stay anyone will be appreciate the hotel administration and staffs. staffs of hotel are friendly and helpful. clean room and service also excellent. hotel corridors and lobby are full of places of photo shoot too. outdoor seating, balcony and lobby are nicely designed to pass a good time with nature.

Rooms were not upto the expectations. Even u charged for a water bottle which no where happened with me personally. Low light in bathroom and shower not working, tap water was on very low speed. Don't recommend.

Had conduct a family function and got enormous support from the staff, very polite, ready to work and extend their support. Manager of hotel taken care our family function with utmost priority and not leave any stone unturned. Food is very delicious and finger licking.Recommended for personal short stay or organised a family function.

Old looking rooms with various stains on walls like ac leaking, water seepage etc. Bathroom was smelly like gutter is open near by and cigarette smoke. TV no working when asked they switch the tataplay box but without any single paid channels. Food was good but when asked for plain rice they gave jeera rice, it felt like as if it was returned by some guest and they tried to get rid of it by giving it to me. Asked for butter roti and got nutrilite butter instead. Breakfast was complimentary but no buffet only one item to be ordered. Most of the staff didn't know about complimentary breakfast. I ordered toast with butter and toast were all dry only 1 toast had some visible butter out of 4 toast all other toast were only had a hint of butter. When asked for water bottle they gave me a bottle with Rs.20 MRP but in the bill they had charged Rs.30. When I asked for proper bill for the food they denied.

I had booked a hotel for 3 nights, of which I did not check in to the hotel on the first day. But I reached the hotel the next day at 10:00 am.He said that we could not let you do the check-in as it is against our hotel policy. You can do the check-in after 12:00. I can't understand why I have booked a room for 3 days and have to wait 'til 12:00 the next day. After I waited for 2 hours, he told me that your room was not ready. This hotel has been the worst hotel experience of my life.Then I checked-in to the hotel. I was with my family. The condition of the hotel was such that I felt very unsafe. • The main door was not able to close well. I was afraid that someone might open the gate at night.The bed mattress was very dirty. • There were marks of different things on the walls. • The TV in the hotel was also not working • the body lotion was also running out in the bathroom. • The bathroom was also not clean • the floor was not clean either. • The staff here did not even offer me breakfast, and the staff are not supported at all in their work. • A complimentary breakfast was not given to me. despite calling him twice.If anyone comes to the hotel, please don't waste your money.

My issue was with OYO customer support. Even after free early check-in policy, the owner asked extra price for check-in at 11 am. Even after contacting OYO customer support, the issue was not resolved. Talking about property, I liked the room, the washroom. Nothing exceptional, but nothing bad either. The room service was decent.
