NillFirst of all, i haven’t had any good experience with Fab hotels. I booked hotel garden view quit a time back, when I reached in morning despite of my booking receptionist denied me the room and said that I can only have a non AC room because with FAB hotels they don’t provide AC rooms Then I had to speak to FAB hotel rep and he booked me at hotel skylight inn, said its a premium property and charged me extra, which ideally FAB should bare, however when I reached there, again receptionist said same thing that the room is not available. Then again i had to call FAB and then again same vicious cycle. Finally I got a room at high price and i had to pay all extras, that was ridiculous, the room I got was not able to lock properly, no soap or any basic facilities. A bed with dirty bed, AC and bathroom. if FAB is taking my booking it is FAB’s responsibility to confirm it and deliver if not they need to bare charges and still if not they can provide premium services when they say they are providing and charging for premium.

While I appreciate the convenience and location of your establishment, I must express my disappointment with the overall service and cleanliness during my stay. The condition of the bed sheets and the cleanliness of the bathroom left much to be desired. It was not up to the standards I expected, and it made me question the value for money I received during my stay. Unfortunately, my experience felt more in line with a budget accommodation rather than the quality I typically associate with your brand. I believe that your hotel has the potential to offer a higher level of service, and I hope that this feedback can be used to make necessary improvements. NillFirst of all, the room was not cleaned especially the bedsheets. Secondly, I requested for breakfast at 9am, which I pre-paid before booking my room, and I was told at the reception that staff is having food at 9am so breakfast for customers will be provided in half an hour to one hour or even more. When I requested I have a flight to take in 2 hours, then only the receptionist sent one of his servant to give aloo puri at our room but without any tea or coffee in 15 mins. Plus wifi was not working at all. In nutshell, I had a very good impression of Fab Hotels, but experience was not at all great.

NillMe and my father had the most terrible experience here. We had booked a room a week before online via Agoda and had paid the entire amount. Upon arriving, the hotel did not allow us to stay there, saying the booking was cancelled. I had never cancelled it and showed them the booking confirmation email. They refused to let us in, took my phone number and email ID, and after two minutes I received a cancellation email. As per their policy, I did not receive any refund since the booking was cancelled on the same day as check in. I am pursuing this in consumer court and am going to raise an FIR for cybercrime. Please avoid FabHotels, this is a scam that has been going on for years.

NillWalls of the Room were were very Ugly. Bedsheet was Untidy & Synthetic Instead of Cotton Fabric.Cleanness was Not Good at all,as I found lots of Hairs on Bed & In Washroom,Also Many Small Garbages in the Sides & corners.No Pantry/Kitchen in the Hotel,No Arrangement for Tea/Coffee.Overall Little Expensive with the above problems.
