Capital O Hotel Silver Royal Near Omaxe Celebration Mall

My recent encounter with the "Capital O Hotel Silver Royal hotel" left me utterly disappointed and frustrated. I had made a reservation well in advance, excitedly anticipating a pleasant stay. However, what transpired that night was the worst hotel experience I have ever had. Upon arrival, instead of being warmly welcomed, I was greeted with the shocking news that they had overbooked and couldn't accommodate me. To make matters worse, the hotel staff nonchalantly redirected me to another hotel located far away. It was already late at night, and the last thing I wanted was to venture into unfamiliar territory. Refusing to be treated so poorly, I decided to cancel my reservation right then and there. With my plans disrupted and a sense of frustration growing, I hastily sought out a different hotel. Thankfully, I managed to find an available room in a nearby establishment. The overall handling of the situation by the initial hotel was completely unacceptable. Their lack of empathy and disregard for my reservation left me feeling disrespected as a guest. It is simply inconceivable that a reputable establishment would overbook without any consideration for their patrons. Needless to say, this experience has severely tarnished my perception of this hotel and I would caution anyone considering a stay there to think twice. As travelers, we deserve to be treated with professionalism, courtesy, and above all, the utmost respect. Unfortunately, this hotel failed to deliver on all fronts. I sincerely hope that my review serves as a warning to others, highlighting the abysmal customer service I endured and urging them to choose alternative accommodations.

Worst. Bed sheets were dirty. They had lot of stains. There was a weird smell in room. Didn't provide any thing in bathroom. Had to ask 3 times for a soap. electric hodlers were broken. I was unable to work.First and last time with OYO. Never going to book. Avoid this hotel chain.

My friend and me booked this hotel for one night in and my experience was very good for the price being paid.. The things I liked were breakfast , Balcony with full size glass doors , Air conditioning ...#Things I not liked were Cleanliness & maintanence related issues, toilet & washbasin were dirty. Floor wasn't properly wiped and bedsheets had stains on them And also breakfast, bedsheets, wall dampness, Stains on washbasin. More photos of toilet not shared because it was too filthy

OYO stopped me for posting below review about this hotel but frankly it is worse than what I can describe. - 'I was forced to install oyo app just to rate this 3rd rate hotel. Usually if the stay is average i dont care to rate it. But my stay at this hotel was so bad that i could not stop myself from reviewing it. Oyo is running a scam in cahoots with this hotel. This is the stinkiest hotel that you can image. Bedsheets were filthy. No soap. Oyo claimed that this hotel has mini refrigerators in their rooms. There was nothing there in the rooms. When we enquired the guy at reception he told us to call oyo and ask them to send a refrigerator. Staff acted like goondas and their behaviour was worst. How is this hotel rated 4.5 on OYO website? I wouldn’t be surprised if this turns out to be a scam by oyo itself. Experience was so bad that we cut short our stay. Ratings for this hotel are everywhere manipulated.'

Worst rooms condition in hotel. The room door lock was not there, the mirror, chair & sink was broken. They were serving only one food by the name of breakfast in which you can not get more than 4 puries.... N farmost THE WORST room n reception service. I really hated it . But ws given the money so just neede a nigh to get pass by

Room was very unclean bedsheet was like it was not washed from ages, even in this temp they wer not ready to provide extra blanket as we were 3 ladies n stayed for 7 days even for a glass of warm water i have to call them 4_5 times ...

A room in this hotel comes with all the basic amenities. Rooms are kept upright. Safety measures are strictly followed. Hotel was easily accessible by public transport. Staff members are friendly and helpful. I had a fun time during my stay.

Dirty and unhygienic property. Toilets, linen all very dirty. No room service or support. Found pubic hair on sheets. 🤮. I booked the hotel for 15 days in advance but checked out in a few hours after much hassle. They were not ready to refund my advance amount but agreed after OYO's intervention. Avoid this property!
