I stayed at this hotel for 19 days and did not encounter any problems. The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are spacious, and they pay great attention to cleanliness. Room service is good and fast—one of the best I have seen. I only faced a small issue with the Wi-Fi, but it was not a major problem and will be fixed soon. In summary, the hotel is beautiful and comfortable, with staff who are kind and professional. Thank you for this wonderful service. (The prices are also reasonable and affordable.)

The hotel is good, the services are good, and the entire staff are kind and friendly people to deal with. What also distinguishes the hotel is that it is close to the shopping center and close to the hospital and all medical services and pharmacies. Most importantly, you feel that you are inside your living room and not a hotel, thanks to the entertainment facilities available. I hope to visit it again.

The receptionist is so rude and arrogant, she misguided that room is for 5k and booked it online at 1654 rs only. And then she took my mobile phone and told me to stand aside to do documentation as she has no basic etiquettes .Also, they charged me 500rs for 24 mins late check-out which isn't mentioned anywhere and i wasn't preinformed for the same . Horrible experience Not recommended at all Pathetic rude arrogant egoistic staff
