Trident Hotel

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Trident for a wedding, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome with their warm hospitality and impeccable service. The rooms were elegant, spacious, and well-maintained, offering a perfect blend of comfort and luxury. The wedding functions were beautifully organized, with every detail thoughtfully taken care of—from the decor to the food and service. The banquet and outdoor venues were stunning, creating a truly magical atmosphere for the celebrations. What stood out the most was the attentiveness of the staff, who ensured every guest felt special and well looked after throughout the stay. The dining options were exceptional, with a wide variety of delicious dishes to suit all palates. Overall, staying at Trident was a memorable experience, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious and hospitable setting, whether for a special occasion or a relaxing getaway.

When we are in Delhi we always stay at the Trident Gurgaon. An urban oasis of tranquility and peace in the hectic city. The staff always go the extra mile to ensure our stay is comfortable. On this trip Chef Suman made an incredible birthday cake for our daughter, plus our overall dining experience was incredible. We’d like to thank Mr Beri, Atish, Rya, Anshul, Aakash, Kartik and all the staff for a wonderful stay. We can highly recommend this hotel to any who is interested in high quality service in a beautiful setting.

Great ambience and well managed, the hotel staffs were very friendly. As I was on a business meet with one of our European colleague and was really busy so couldn't find time for trying their lunch or something. But surely next time. Enjoyed the calm and aesthetic atmosphere.

It was a short trip and we loved the stay. ||1. Amazing ambience||2. Great hospitality ||3. Super clean swimming pool||4. Kids activities can be added more if possible ||5. Food is good. ||6. Staff was very welcoming||7. Hotel is focus on sustainability which is a great initiative. ||Keep up the great work and kudos to everyone for the hard work.

It's a wonderful stay experience. Mr. Puneet Kapoor had personally attended me. Mr. Anjan made my Check-in is hasselfree. Mr. Kuzolo & Avinash Chaobey, Mr Ajay Sharma had handled my laugage bags carefully. Mr Prayank Sharma & Rahul from Laundry had done a good work. Ms Anuskriti had made our evening spl. She had personally attention and make sure that we had good experience. In the poolside Mr. Victor had assisted me. In Cilanto at the time of breakfast Ms Priya had selected my favorite table in the open lobby area. Mr Abhishek had personally taken care of my breakfast experience delicious. Mr Aakash, Riya, Priya had taken of my preferences. Chef Suman, Chef Subhankar had made a very spicy full of green chill & ginger besan ka chill on my request and it's delicious. Ms Atsa, Priya, Mr Ganesh had served the delicious food. Chef Pavni had served hot julab jamun for me. In Lyrah Ms Anuskriti, Mr. Nishant, Nairit, Saurabh, Raju had made our evening spl. She had personally attention and make sure that we had good experience. Ms Swarale & Mr Ankur had made my checkout fast and hasselfree.

It is always a satisfying experience when you stay at Trident, Gurgaon. |The staff goes all out to make your stay comfortable.|The best part was that I was able to get very good Cream of Chicken soup, which I was longing for. Thanks to the conti-chef.|The Bedmi with Aaloo ki subzi(modified to my liking of a spicy one) was the best thing to have eaten during breakfast on both the days of my stay.|Thanks to Chef Suman.|Big thanks are also due to the restaurant Manager at Cilantro,Mr. Chetan Singh. His hospitality is outstanding.|A memorable trip indeed.

Everything was so perfect. The staff were welcoming, the rooms were spic and span, the breakfast spread was excellent. To top it off Aloke and his F&B team curated a nice party for me and my colleagues. The drinks were taken in the open air bar and the food were taken in the All-day dining.

Its a beautiful property with sprawling lawns and water bodies in the middle of Gurgaon. Loved the room and that it opened into a small water body, and the service was amazing. Its lovely to be greeted with a wide smile and being helped out every step of the way by the staff after a long day of travel. The breakfast spread was also quite nice.||All in all i had a wonderful stay!
