Collection O 8704 Hotel Sakshi

I booked a room at this hotel through booking.com, it was a complete nightmare. The rooms were in a bad state, they were dirty, windows were broken, lift doesn’t work, washroom was dirty and smelly. They asked for more money than the original amount. Breakfast was included in our package but they denied to provide it. This was a scam by the property.

The balcony door doesn't lock, side room customer has full access to your room as the balcony is the same for both the rooms. As per tariff tea was included however the caretaker flatly refused and took extra money for tea. The bedsheet was torn. My room washroom was used by the housekeeping just before I took over as it was smelly, water was all around and the drainage was full of muck and hair. All in all it was a really bad experience. Will not recommend to anyone who believes in basic hygiene.

I have been living in this place for the last 2 years and my experience is pretty decent. First of all it's not OYO or any kind of Guest House. It runs as a PG with quite decent rooms and good amenities. Room sizes are big enough for 2 persons. With amenities like bathtub, ac, Mini fridge, TV, Table chair. It used to be an OYO hotel so all the amenities are the same. Although the cleaning and management is not as good as it used to be but then what more can you expect from a PG. Overall it's a pretty decent pg compared to the ones in nearby surrounding.

Guys, please dont book at this hotel. Owner is rude and shabby looking hotel. Definitely not for ladies. I canceled my booking after reaching and seeing all this. It looks like some kind of goons are running this so called hotel. They don't know how to talk to customers.

We stayed there for couple of days there and were really floored by the service and the hospitality. The person at the reception (forgot his name) was always smiling and is very efficient. Loved the ambience and enjoyed our stay. The rooms are nice and there is enough open area to sit and chat. Kids really enjoyed playing table tennis.

The rooms were big. We had booked two rooms and they were very spacious. Room service could be improved. Bed sheets were dirty and had blood stains on them though they changed it with clean sheets on complaining. Great value for money though. Food at the basement of goodcare residency was not good and quality could be improved. Breakfast buffet options were very limited. Overall a good experience and felt like a home away from home.
