Everything’s nice about this small, boutique business hotel! My 3rd visit here & i would keep coming back. Prasenjit is extremely helpful as always. Rupam helped to close the booking quite swiftly. Location is right next to Candor Techspace. Food is something they can improve on - the stuffed paranthas have very less potato filling. Wi-fi is not the smoothest, but sufficient - they probably need more routers & a higher bandwidth. People who’re complaining about ACs not working during the day probably don’t understand how centralised Aircon works.. hotel have given both overhead hitachi ACs and big centralised vents to control the airflow as per your needs. During the day you need to use the Centralised Aircon instead of overhead ones which in my opinion is sufficient. Tip: while check-in, go for rooms with glass windows (all the ones towards the exterior side of the building).

The palce looks very good from outside, but is ill maintained. The bathroom had leakage all over and the Shower sprayed water all over the bathroom but my body. the bedsheets and towels are worn out, water bottles are dirty, no proper ventilation, they shut of the AC in the daytime (they have 2-different AC's or protocols) Also the place has no eatries nearby, so you are stuck with upvaas or swiggy zomato Overall not a very positive or vibrant place ot stay

We stayed for 2 nights in Trinity corporate suites. It is in sector 21, very near to candor infospace sector 21 which makes it comfortable to travel to this campus. Room was average and bathroom was also clean. Sheets and pillow covers could have been more clean. We were given room which was next to their kitchen and they started making so much of noise around 6am. To be frank, was very disturbing for us. Food is a big time challenge and they really need to improve here. There is no breakfast buffet. They will say you can have anything mentioned in the breakfast menu as room service but they will not have 80% options available. Also, there is only hot tea and coffee in the breakfast, so don’t choose anything else from the beverages menu. And whatever was available, the quantity served was very less, not filling even for 1 person. Better to order from nearby options. Also, you can order only 1 item per person, maybe due to low cost of the room which should not be the case ideally. They can improve on more cleaning of rooms, and by providing YY good meals to people. They can make it a lot better in terms of experience of corporate people by doing little more investment. Staff is very quick in service and their job is commendable.

I am writing this review after my third visit, the first 2 visits were alright, inexpensive and average rooms. But this third visit has convinced to never book here again. The rooms are infested with cockroach and flies. The water they provide in the room is tap water in tupperware bottles instead of mineral water. They have no ceiling fans but duct fans which are very noisy. There is constant sound of a some machine running all night. I would not recommend to anyone

I forgot my piece of cloth in the hotel and left there as it was pitch dark in cupboard, while I checked-out the room in slight hurry. Later on same day upon realizing the same when I called back, to my surprise the hotel staff simply denied it. It's not my stuff I care about as it wasn't much worthy but the moral declination and loss of trust from this business suite staff will remain in question.

best in terms of location and price. cute little room for someone visiting the hub of activities in Gurgaon. room is small but clean. perfect facility especially the table and chair to work on laptop. the air conditioner is right on top and that's annoying as air is always on your face. Google maps takes you to the right location. gate will be closed at night and the security cabin is away. honk and they come running.

Stayed there for a night. Very close to the office location. Charges are good compared to other Oyo and Fab etc wrt quality of rooms. Service was also good. Not a very crowded place. Best for business users. Rooms are spacious and bathrooms are also clean and with all amenities. I will prefer to stay there next time also. They don't have any cafe, dining space but they have kitchen and serve food directly in room even the complementary break fast.
