NillRoom was not cleaned properly. No towel no soap no toilet paper. After asking they didn't gave the toilet paper. No tea was provided when asked and said it's time for making food for PG boys.cant make tea. Lots of mosquitos. Quilts were not cleaned, pillows were not washed properly. Only good thing is room was room has balcony. Location of hotel is ok. Wish I had clicked some photos of these. Last but not least there was no dustbin provided.

NillBetter to AVOID. Worst hotel to stay with. Not worth the price. Everything starting from the bed, pillow and quilt were very dirty. The room itself is very small. The response from the personnel was pathetic. You have to plan yourself for their routine. You will have to ask for everything including to change the towel. Though it is said to be a 3 star hotel, you won't even get basic toiletries. Better to AVOID.

NillWorst experience, bad service, checkin got delayed by 1 hour and room are in soo bad condition. No hot water. Room is stinking with bad smell and dirty bed sheets with no proper lightning in room. Wasted my money successfully. Not recommend to anyone.

NillI stayed there for three days. Right from the beginning of the stay the problem started. First of all the wifi was not working, then the water tank was empty.well, I had to fight for that. Air conditioning was not up to mark. The room was not properly cleaned. Most importantly, please note they entered in my room at mine absence. One day,when I came back I found cigarette smoke in room. I gave them the benefit of the doubt. But confirmed now,when I found my clothes are missing, which I checked after a few days. Hotels are costly and they are just thieves.

Nilli recently stayed at Nyra Residency in Sector 22, Gurgaon, and my experience was nothing short of disappointing. Right from the start, the staff displayed a lack of concern for guest issues and were generally unhelpful and unkind. They seemed only interested in collecting payment promptly and showed little initiative in addressing any other aspects of guest service. One of the biggest red flags was the water bottles provided. Instead of sealed, fresh bottles, I was given bottles that were clearly unsealed and possibly even used by other guests – a shocking lapse in hygiene and safety. When I requested water from the staff, one of them dismissively told me to go fill my bottle from the purifier myself—a completely unprofessional response that lacked any basic courtesy or service. there was also an alarming scarcity of running water during the night. Waking up to no water was both inconvenient and unsettling, adding to the already poor impression of the place. The cleanliness of the rooms was also an issue, as housekeeping was infrequent and seemed poorly managed, leaving the space feeling unkempt and uninviting. The rooms themselves were another letdown. They were small, cramped, and not at all like the photos I’d seen online. Coupled with the unfriendly demeanor of the staff, it created an overall atmosphere that was far from comfortable or welcoming. the biggest issues was the dual operation being run at this property they’re using the same space for both a paying guest (PG) facility and a hotel. This setup made the environment chaotic and compromised the quality and privacy that a hotel should ideally provide. The lack of clear separation between these two services detracted significantly from any sense of comfort or professionalism. In summary, staying at Nyra Residency was a highly disappointing experience, and I regret booking here. If you’re looking for a pleasant, hygienic, and guest-centered experience, I would recommend considering other options. Nyra Residency fails to meet the usual FabHotels standards, tarnishing the brand’s reputation. I’ve stayed at many FabHotels and always experienced cleanliness and professionalism this property was the complete opposite. The neglect of hygiene, poor service, and unprofessionalism are disappointing and damaging to FabHotels’ name. Please address this, as it does not reflect the quality FabHotels is known for.

NillIt was pathetic experience.. Toilet were not clean, door lock was broken, there is share balcony which is not locking from inside. Hot water geyser not working. Tap was broken, tv and AC not working.. Humid atmosphere inside room with pathetic smell.. look other better option.. They provide local water bottle whose seal was broken..
