FabHotel Old Maple Leaf

Don't book this hotel by seeing the name old maple leaf hotel. It's a old looking bad hotel with broken furniture, dirty room and bed. The pictures displayed on site are deceiving. Fabhotel site took 3270 Rs per night for this hotel which is not better than 2 star hotel and deserves max upto 1500 Rs per night. I think, fabhotel booking platform does not checks the hotels and has no criteria to choose the hotel as it's category like prime or express. Don't go with this site for booking the hotels.

My confirmed pre-paid booking on 5th Dec was not honoured by the property. I was unceremoniously dumped to an alternate okayish property just before check in. Caution to all : Don't assume you have a booking at the place you booked. How low can Fab hotels stoop down to?

I checked out from this hotel today and had a disappointing experience. When I arrived for check-in at 3 Pm, the first staff member was rude and demanded extra money in cash. Despite calling the reception 15 times, I only received a water bottle. I told reception guy for room cleaning but they just like abhi time lagega same thing multiple times. When I complained about these issues during checkout, the receptionist didn't offer a single word of apology. The overall service was unprofessional and left much to be desired."we came here from 2 years only because of old maple leaf services but from yesterday service we will not come here again I called oyo team as well but they also not repsond

Very very pathetic service. I Jai Uppal stayed last night in room no 407, There was no Towels, Toliteres, no tea kit and phone is also not working and moreover bed sheets was burnt and it’s not mentioned in room that where n who to call n no one is listening. It’s very strange. When in morning I went to breakfast then food was cold and no one is there to help. Before opting this hotel please think twice.

Good hotel . Stayed in room no 208 - Suite , very luxurious . The toilet was really good and the shower area had the shower with good force . Room was quite large and sufficient for 3 persons . Breakfast was very good , spread wise and taste wise .

Rooms are very hygienic and spacious Love the quality of linen and amenities Front desk team and restaurant team is lovely in dealing with the guest Keep it up guyz for lovely support

Rooms are really nice and room service were amazing rooms are quiet big and bed is really comfortable the best part was the balcony in front staff is also courteous
