Hotel staff good, food was good & Mr. DEEPAK is Very friendly Person In this hotel near by metro station. I will definitely come in your hotel facilities and preference we asked for were arranged in no time. Ambiance is quiet and welcoming.

The best part of this place is it's near Galleria market.I have been residing for 7 months long and the staff then was very friendly and co-operative.You could say the best low budget guest house in Sector 28.The rooms are well-maintained and a 24 7 electricity facility and free wi-fi. Good for friends and long stay.

These people are serving washbasin water without R/O to the guest ...its shame on them ...housekeeping,food and even staff dressing is worst then any road side small dhaba...I suggest to use simple pg and other accommodation source if you can. Accommodation charges per night is 1000/ even less there after negotiation if one can go there becaz of less price pls. avoid to take any kind of service there...

It's located appropriately which means it is very well connected. Views from the rooms are fabulous. Staff is very polite and helpful. Facilities are better than expected at their price. I would highly rate it.

I booked with ZO rooms for 4 days at a different location, but checked out the minute i stepped into that room ( the toilet smelled like a public urinal) ||||I complained to ZO, and they directed me to this property, with tall promises. Sadly, i was disappointed again||Horrible Location. I was surprised there are such isolated locations On/Near Golf Course road. The Hotel is located on a slight left form GOLF Course Road, but is surrounded by Barren land on all sides. No houses in immediate vicinity. Construction sites not more than 30 m away, This is definitely something you'd call Safe. || I felt so unsafe, I booked IBIS, Gurgaon for a night when i was drunk, leaving my room here empty!||||The staff was polite. Breakfast was not something you 'd want to have.||The room was cleaned by a maid who comes once a day.Would never book a ZO in Gurgaon . ZO's properties were much better in Delhi though.

Really liked the location of this property and the ambience was good too. Rooms are spacious and well maintained. They maintain good hygiene and do timely cleaning of rooms. Staff is very supportive too.

Cleanliness: 1/5 Furniture : 0/5 (Broken bad in almost all rooms...lol) Room Service : 3/5 Staff behaviour: 3/5 Manager behaviour: 0/5 (He is not a great guy to be a manager. He talked to us very rudely and asked us to be inside room after 7pm and laso warned us that not to stand in balcony of room and talk, which was shocking and funny

The rooms should be kept a little bit more cleaner. The bedsheets were not clean either. Service was ok and just good.
