The Bristol Hotel, Gurgaon (5 Star Deluxe Hotel)

The hotel is pretty old and you get a moldy smell. Overall, the stay was very comfortable and the staff is very nice and they go beyond to make your stay comfortable. The breakfast buffet can be a little better. Overall it was a pleasant stay aside from a few things.

We had a three day wedding at The Bristol, Gurgaon for over 150 guests per night. It was an amazing experience- seamless and rocking! The staff is very cooperative, courteous and professional. Every service was with a smile. The rooms are opulent with old world charm, the food is delicious. We thank every member of the Management and Staff for their gracious service. I had a wonderful experience staying at the Bristol. Wonderful ambience with really caring staff and services. Rooms are fully equipped and room service can be availed as needed and fast. The breakfast by the pool in Palmyra is a great opportunity to relax and enjoy the delicious treats. Anisha from this team is wonderfully caring and takes care of all your needs and wants. Very fulfilling experience staying here.

During my stay from 21-Aug-24 to 22-Aug-24, I enjoyed the comfortable bed and clean room (#317). The staff, especially Anju Singh, were friendly and helpful. However, I suggest improving the breakfast menu variety. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, and I appreciate the hotel's efforts.

If you're attending an event on the lawn, there's not enough parking, and the guards won’t allow parking at the Bristol, claiming it's full. The guards are neither accommodating nor concerned, and it’s frustrating to travel all the way for a conference or event and you find there’s insufficient parking. There's no guidance or support from the hotel management, and if you park outside, it's at your own risk, as traffic police may tow your vehicle. Next time I have an event or conference there, I’ll think twice. The guards are simply unhelpful. If you look at the videos I have captured with better parking management, there could be enough space for more cars, but it's completely unorganized look at the spaces between two cars.

The service provided by the staffs here are unbelievable, especially the the upper palymra staffs - Anisha, Prarthana. The morning breakfast spread was also top notch. I highly recommend to stay here.

You have to calibrate your experience of staying here wrt your needs. It's surely doesn't have 5star facilities but they take all the efforts to keep it maintained so you can't ignore it. Breakfast is below expectations. It's like a 3 star hotel. Rooms are like 3.5 star. It's essentially little old property so those days the rooms could have been great. But now if you compare them with newly built 4 star hotels, then not at par. Location is good.
