Five Elements Hotels - Gurugram ( The Claire)

I recently stayed at Five Elements Hotel, The Claire in Gurgaon, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The room was spacious and well-maintained, with efficient air conditioning that made the stay comfortable. However, there were a couple of minor inconveniences. The hotel restaurant closed early at 9:30 PM, which forced us to order food from outside when we returned late. Additionally, there was no hot water available in the early morning, which could be a problem for guests with early flights. Despite these issues, the overall ambiance and room quality made for a comfortable stay. With a few adjustments, this could be an even better experience for future guests.

The rooms are spacious but not very clean. Things are broken inside the room. No exhaust in the washroom. Single king Size bed was joined by using two different beds. The behaviour of the staff is also not welcoming. Not worth the money.

The manager harish pandey was outright dismissive of us. His behavior towards a guest is intolerable and the hotel is really bad for it’s price point. I can’t speak technically but i’m sure, if audited this hotel would have many of it’s licenses stripped. Absolutely horrible experience. The top management needs to look into it and change the reception staff with immediate effect. Would not recommend this even to an enemy.

Clean room, spacious and hygienic. But who charges 45₹ plus GST for a 20₹ water bottle at a property that is right inside the city ? There was no positive or meaningful response to this from the reception desk either.

I've stayed in this hotel for 3 days The rooms are quite spacious and clean Room Service is also very nice Morning breakfast is also very nice Hotel is close proximity to Delhi airport as well as IMT manesar The only thing is as there is a centralised boiler for hot water supply so you won't get hot water between 11 pm to 6 am

Amazing place for a convenient commute to or from the airport. Staff are very friendly including the security personnel!

The stay was overall average - disappointing. The service sucked, anything we asked for was a simple no. Even basic necessities like towel and fresh pillow covers were not provided. Hotel staff was a bit rude. Room didn't really match the pictures provided online. Upon highlighting that to the manager, we got moved to a bigger sized room, which we actually paid for.
