This hotel is shut down , not taking any bookings, u can't stay in this hotel , ur booking from any platform not valid . Owner denied to check in , don't book this book

Worst every stay! Was denied checkin, receptionist asked for extra money or else just told me to go away. It was already late night. After 30 mins of trying to connect to OYO and getting the issue resolved with owners intervention, I was probably given the worst room in the hotel with insects lying around, broken flush, stinky room. I wouldn’t even let me servants stay in such a room. Rude staff, bad service. Definitely a no-go!

We had booked through Oyo app , hotel refused to accept booking and claimed that they have stopped taking Oyo bookings ...Oyo customer care also spoke to hotel but they still refused and asked me to cancel from app and book them directly ... harrowing experience

Booking id HKJC0066 , my friend Asif Ahmad did a booking for 19th and 20th and made the payment online through OYO APP . When he has reached the property at 10 Pm in evening however the property owner denied for checking by saying you need to pay 1200 extra. Asif is still waiting at hotel however customer care is just changing to location and there is no resolution . Can anyone help .

Very bad experience, I booked using OYO, and at the time of checkin, they denied saying that we could not give you the room at the same price. I had to give more in order to get the same room.

Room was spacious. They did charge extra than my booking amount saying room given in app is related to basement and if you have to take another room, you have to pay extra.
