Hotel Golf View Suites

“I recently stayed at [Hotel golf view suites], and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. The service was extremely slow and unresponsive. Every time I requested something, it took 3-4 hours for the staff to respond. This level of delay is unacceptable, especially in the hospitality industry where timely service is key. I was very disappointed and expected much better. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and works on improving their service quality for future guests.”

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. It was a short stay, but the hotel personnel took good care to cater to all our requirements and make our stay comfortable and hassle-free. We've already booked this hotel for another night.

I love to stay this place they have good ambience as well as awesome services . Always neat and clean rooms . Kajal @ The hotel manager beyond to ensure a seamless stay, always friendly, professional, and attentive to every need. Her warm hospitality truly made the experience memorable.

Everything good about this Hotel. The only thing it needs improvement is that have seen Nymphs (small cockroaches) in the room couple of times and despite the using the disinfectant. The room's should be Nymphs free. This is the only suggestion from my side

Only positive point is good location…. Else everything is bad … management is too bad and service is like if you water bottle minimum it will take 10 mins to come… and if u want extra bed ask them in morning becoz atleast they need 12 hours to manage it … And for breakfast they don’t even have bread butter & poha also .. and please avoid in winter to come here becoz water geysers are not working … Worst experience …

It was a Pathetic experience. My room no 312 was full of Bed Bugs. After the request I got the room changed. The staff was not even courteous to admit the flaw, I showed them the photos as proof. There was not even an apology made. The Breakfast was below avg again. Only one fruit in a fruit salad. Rest all dishes were oily and average. Overall a forgettable experience, Not at all recommended for this price.
