Had a really pleasant stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean and cozy, and the staff at the Front desk were super helpful and polite especially The Duty Manager is the assest of this property. Location was great too—close to everything I needed. Loved the breakfast spread and the overall vibe of the place. Would definitely come back again!

I recently stayed for 2 days at the Ramada Encore Gurgaon which is recently opened and was thoroughly impressed!! The hospitality was top notch with 5 star amenities & service that exceeds my expectations. The hotel proximity to a larger mall Ellen miracle was a huge plus. The food was really delicious & yummy . Breakfast buffet was full of variety & choices and the Rooms were neat & clean. The 24/7 Front office assistance was outstanding. Mr Abhay at Reception was always there for us very cooperative & helpful. A big thums up to the Entire Team for making our stay so comfortable and enjoyable. Highly recommend to business traveler's to visit once those who are looking for comfortable & enjoyable stay .& fell the exceptional hospitality.

We had 2 day stay for work on official tour . The location is perfect for outside food . Rooms are limited nice as good as new. Breakfast menu was little les but the live service provides you maximum food of your choice and seema GSA , zuber , nisha were really very much caring at the breakfast table . Thanks all of you .

Rooms are compact but utilitarian. Eager, cooperative but inexperienced staff. F&B ala carte is impressive but buffet spread is disappointing. Staff in the Lush dining is very helpful & attentive, outstanding amongst them is Nisha Kri Sha. Ambience is average but the new singer is a valuable addition to the dining experience.

The stay was wonderful!! Good hospitality & Service! Kindly add Filter Coffee to your menu! It will be a great value addition. If possible kindly install a weighing scale it will help the guest for packing efficiently for Air Travel.. It is located inside a mall so you can spend a good time while staying around the place.....
