Park Plaza Gurugram

I stayed here with family to attend wedding functions in family for two days. The experience has been great for me and my family. The hospitality of the staff is of high stature as they’d been humble and helpful with most request. The food has been one of the highlights for us under Chef Amit. All guest had been appreciative of the food both veg and non-veg. The wedding functions were handled well by Mr. Gopal’s team and executed on ground by Mr. Akhilesh. Overall the experience for us and our family was really fun and Enjoyable due to the hospitality of the staff.

Extremely Disappointing Experience – Would Not Recommend I had a confirmed booking at this hotel, but they denied me check-in and demanded additional payment beyond the agreed-upon amount. This was incredibly frustrating and unprofessional, especially since I had a valid reservation. It’s clear that they do not honor their commitments and are only interested in taking advantage of guests. I would strongly advise anyone considering staying here to avoid it at all costs. There are plenty of other hotels in the area that are more reliable and trustworthy. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.

Very pleasant stay. The room size was quite impressive, clean and spacious. The front desk staff and at the breakfast resturant were very nice. Special thanks to MR.Aateesh with whom i had a nice conversation while having lunch. The hotel is well located to many nearby Gurgaon daily shopping centers. Breakfast spread was not elaborate but nice. Would prefer to come back again.

Great service. All staff really attentive. Got the executive suite- very spacious with 3 children. Loved the live plants in the room and living area. Everything was clean. In room dining was tasty and well priced. Will stay again.

I stayed at Park Plaza, Gurugram with my family. The staff is very welcoming and cooperative. I stayed in executive suite and it is very well maintained and spacious. The food is really very good. My kids also enjoyed the meals. The pool area needs a bit of maintenance but still manageable.

I must say park plaza is a very excellent hotel. Very good service. Akhilesh did the very good service. All the drinks and margarita. Chef Amit the Kathi roll was very good very good taste. Park plaza is very good hotel very fredenly people they have very beautiful bar.

I visited this place with my special guest that is my wife and my special guest loved the place and aroma here and the food was great. With lot of respect the staff treated us. The person who was serving us food, she was so pleasent and humble. Loved it💕
