Rooms are not as shown in the images uploaded by the owner. A very shady place. Checking process were not easy as they do not accept online pre-booking. Rooms were in worst condition. Hygiene was not maintained. Bathrooms were dirty as hell. Latches and floor were broken. Blankets and curtains were very dirty and foul smell was coming.

Extremely smelly room , broken toilets , washbasins. Electricity concerns, rooms doesn’t lock.

This place is awesome per my experience. The hospitality is awesome. They are ready to serve you in the best possible way they can. The price for the stay is also very nominal less than that you see on google as lowest while book online. The receptionist who attended me, she welcomed us very well. Best Townhouse stay i ever had with any other Budget Stays. I'm coming to this Townhouse property for the 7th time and their all time hospitality forced me write this review. Hi I would like to inform all who are going to book this hotal are not accepting online booking if you booked online they will not give you room also they will not refund you money. This hotal is farji and unresponsive. Please stay away from this hotal booking. I was booked this hotal though online and paid payment online when I reached hotel at night they refused to give us room they said room is not available if you want room please pay again dubbal charge that time was 11:30 pm night I was shocked to listen this after that I left the hotel and they don't refund my money and not given room. So guis never book this hotal.

This place is so shady. Not at all recommended for family. People are coming there for enjoyment, parties, with girlfriends. It cheap but only for hours if you want to use not recommended to stay for whole day or night.

The ambience is good, although I checked some rooms have seepage. Room flooring is wooden which looks elegant. Proper lighting is there in both rooms and balcony. In the light of pandemic, they have the protocols of social distancing, hand sanitizer and temperature check gun. Overall nice accommodation but the staff should consider on repairing of walls.

I booked my room, online and when I arrived they declined my online booking. They told me to pay at 700rs on top of it. My plan was to get fresh and move on. However, when i entered in the room - wow it's crazy unhygienic and toilet was leaking and washbasin was unhygienic too. I managed to escape the room and end up paying 1300... Wow I'll never go to Oyo rooms in my entire life... NCR area never book Oyo if you want good experience, it's for couples (i hope you got my point) it's worthless for single and family person to stop and have a good time. Avoid stay in OYO!

Rooms are so pathetic and untidy. Bedsheets were so dirty that you will not even feel like to touch it. Don’t book hotel looking at photos posted by them. Don’t even think of this place with family. My experience on 27/10/2023
