Hotel City Square

Gr8 experience. Value for money hotel. Polite staff, good food with easy to locate location. Just one issue ants are there in the room which I reported at the front desk and very politely they accepted to take care off.

It was my business trip and I found the property at a good location. Rooms were old finished, small but well maintained .Responsive house keeping staff. Supportive front desk staff, Sufficient parking lots and night stay facility for the driver. However they can improve the variety of breakfast options

Too small rooms. After the hotel manager has allotted me the room, found female hair lying on the bed sheet. No cleaning done. It's like a OYO hotel. Too bad experience. No other options as I have paid Goibibo full payment in advance. Wifi router is also out of order. Too pathetic experience!

Nothing bad about the rooms they provided for me, but my friend's room & bathroom locks were not working properly.

NOT A GOOD PLACE STAFF AND OWNER ARE NOT GOOD. THEY ARE NOT RESPOSIBLE FOR YOUR VEHICLE IF IT GETS DAMAGE IN THE HOTEL PARKING. As advice by the Hotel staff car parked in the out side of the hotel. Next day morning get back my car was damaged and hotel owner and staff refused to take the responsibility. I personally adviced to all do not stay in his hotel. They are available only to damage your vehicle. I am not giving any star rating is ZERO.

Hotel is okay but ac’s are not. Also, the staff at reception(one thin looking person) doesn’t know how to talk to someone. He was very rude after seeing couple. Then he asked for 2000 per night. Where you can see Agoda and other sites show 1200-1500 per night. But he said we won’t allow couples here. I was like then why you are still calling it hotel if is it not as per hotel industry standards. Avoid going to this property , else you will going to feel the same and will share your review then. They are charging like it’s a 3 star property but seriously Other Hotels are better than this one.

This hotel is just an average property that to if you get room 201 and 301. Otherwise other rooms have small or no windos which is sufforcating. They do not have non veg kitchen and if you want that you yourself have to call one shop who deliver the dish to your room directly. Luke warm water in taps in north winters. Soap/ Shampoo and Towel quality is poor. Very poor wifi speed. The only good thing is polite staff. Heard that Hotel Midtown is better Hotel.
