One of the worst places to go. Do not go to these hotel. Cleanliness 0 so bad room that they were not even cleaned, washroom was not working properly, such a bad vibe. And staff is up front rude. Not recommended

Don't have words to describe the state of the hotel. Pathetic state of reception, absolutely unprofessional behavior by the receptionist, totally non supportive staff, and no clarity on online booking status... waste of time, money and effort.

Worst place to stay. I have a terrible experience there. Not suits to families at all. Dirty bed sheets and quilts. Lift not working. It seems that they have not cleaned the room from a long time.

Hotel platinum is good hotel it's my best experience food quality and room service best higenic food I like it its the best location and ample parking Al places is nearby this location room enterior is so good
