I booked the room by oyo. And chosen the option ' pay at hotel' when I reach the hotel the staff refused to provide me the room on the decided rate. They demanded 80% more money for the room. Don't visit this hotel. These are the greedy dogs.

Very bad hotel. The staff had booked ground floor room and later on gave that room to someone else. We had to change rooms 2 times. All rooms had serious issues either with the bathroom or the fan or some thing or the other. The staff promised that there is towel and all the other basic things in the bathroom and there weren't any. Very rude behaviour when asking for these things and did not even properly put our luggage out for checkout. I would suggest to avoid this hotel if not cornered.

Very bad service, hotel staff is as rude as one can be at the highest. They have disconnected the wire of all electrical gadgets as Fan, exhaust fan, Ac, geyser. The remove the receiver so that one couldn't connect. When I met in person with staff and complained about issues they says "Hamari kya galti hai, Malik se baat Karo", but they didn't share owner's number. If you stay, forget to use washroom in night (there is no water supply in night). Sharing pictures for references. I suggest, never book this hotel if you want a pleasant stay.
