OYO 23531 Paradise

I don’t understand who are those,have written other reviews. I doubt their authenticity. My stay was pathetic. Blankets were filthy smelly n dirty. No one is available to respond to the calls. Highly not recommended..

Dont stay in the hotel you will regret after that. Worst experience of my life. Booked delux room via oyo app. When i checked in they provided normal room as delux room was under construction. When asked about the extra money paid...they said with this much money you will get this normal room only. They asked about payment to be made before check in. Though i paid online via app, hotel staff was arguing that why i paid online we accept cash only. The room which i was given instead of delux room, was very dirty. I myself asked staff to change the bed sheets and pillow covers. There was cigarette smell all around in the room. Bathroom was also dirty and it was raining at that time so water leakage was there from the roof. Staff was rude that why i booked from oyo app. Rooms are near the party hall, so you will also get disturbed witb the noise as well. Never ever stay in this hotel.

Smelly and filthy rooms. Staff keeps your original ID card with advance payment till you checkout. Very strange and un reasonable practice. I would never go there for sure.

Not recommended for stay with family being next to bar. TV non functional , room telephone non functional, stinking rooms, unhygienic toilet.

Hotel with bar...bar is good but you may get disturbance in rooms due to side rooms where people make noise after getting drunk
