Hotel Grand Inn

Very very bad experience with this hotel. It need repair. Do not have a saver room . Cleanliness is an issue. Bedsheets are not clean.toilets are also dirty and smelly.they haven't clean the room after check out of guest . The staff behaviour is very bad. They put phone on hold so that guest could not make complain.ac is not working properly. It was a bad experience with this hotel. I do not prefer to select this hotel. One of the dirtiest hotel of Oyo.please please do not go with this hotel.

Nice Room best hotel in hisar near bus stand, near market. This is an excellant hotel at a very afordable charge. The rooms of the hotel are excellant very spacious , gives you luxury feeling. The rooms are well equipped with great quality AC. The hotel is very very hygenic and the rooms are very neat and clean. The conditions of the rooms are very very great wheather its a question of clothes, bed , fan, AC , lighting or any other things like pillow etc everything is perfect , uncomparable. The behaviour of the staff of the hotel is outstanding very gental, very polite, very calm, very friendly, great cooperative. The staff of the hotel is very respective they respect by their heart of each and every customer , who check in their hotel. The take care of their customer in a great way , the staff is of great caring and responsible nature. So you must visit to the famous hotel , THE GRAND IN HOTEL and feel the difference. Have a great stay at the hotel grand in. So Have a great fun.

Hotel is only average. Staff is very good. Rooms are average. Cleanliness is an issue. Bad sheet and toilets are not so clean. They did not clean the room after one guest left the room and the other is coming. Location is good. Room paint is also not good. It need some repair.

It located in the centre of the city. The rooms where we stayed were very untidy and bedsheets were not clean. The staff was very helpful and humble. The food quality was neither bad blnor good. Had a look of other rooms and they were good. As we checked in late and they didn't have any rooms left so they said that they can't help it.

The dirtiest hotel ever from oyo. The staff wasn't polite. The bedsheets were dirty The room was dirty The pillows were black. I recommend no one to go to this particular hotel Please please please Not worth giving even a single star. The lift doesn't have light. The AC doesn't work..

If you are that kind of person who wants to stay over night please don't come here bcz first they will judge you and then show u the rooms .( judgmental staff) All the rooms except 1,or 2 rooms are very dirty walls have spider nets bedsheet have hair particles and dirty stains if you are comfortable having another person hair around you than u can come here . Washroom toilet seat have stains like they were never cleaned Not safe for girls at all / Washroom are that much bad that you will rather want to wait for next day so that you can go somewhere else Edit :- Hotel manager if you have cctv of me drinking and misbehaving of which i say I've never drinked once in my life please share with us ☺️. Like I've shared your dirty room pics.....OR Do you want me i share pics of your washroom and audio recording of your staff misbehaving ? If yes then i will share that in a better place 👍🏻
