Hotel Veer Sarthak

I'm not sure how Agoda showed a rating of 4.5/5 for this pathetic hotel. Absolutely filthy place with a pathetic front desk and housekeeping staff! See the pics and decide whether you should believe apps like Agoda, which seems to be rating these pathetic hotels on a paid basis.

I don't want give even 1 star to this place, rooms are very dirty and smells very bad.i booked the room and stay there just for 15 mins because of room's and bathroom's condition

Customer behaviour - Good, polite. Location - Alright, easily accessible. Transport connectivity - Alright. Cleanliness - 2.5 out of 5. Breakfast - Good: Simple Aaloo paratha OR bread toast, Served at room. No restaurant. Laundry service - Not available in emergency Bed switch for light - Yes Soap etc. - Yes Geyser - Yes Price - OK

I would like to give less than 1 star rather. I went to this hotel at 12. They didn't receive the calls. Didn't open the gates. I had to call oyo time and again but end up getting nothing. Poor management at it's best.

Oyo is having difficulty to maintain it's relationship with hoteliers, better to try go Ibibio. Mostly hoteliers prefer to pay at hotel option, otherwise they deny check in & you have only option to curse OYO. Try to call on Oyo customer care number & then book, after they check with hotel about check in
