Harmony Hisar | Hotel | Restaurant | Lounge | Best Banquet Hall in Hisar |

We got married at the Harmony Hotel in the Basement Banquet Hall and it was a brilliant experience. The staff took great care of us during our stay and the attention to detail and care they took of us was excellent. Each meal we had at the ground floor restaurant was very tasty and Tarun especially provided great service during each of our meals there.

1. They added extra water bottle in the bill which I didn't even used , and when I asked to delete it from the bill then they said due to some problem in billing software it can't be deleted, so they forcefully said us to keep the bottle and when I objected the offered to buy ice cream for that which we didn't want to eat . Poor experience it was 2. Also the staff service is very poor as the waiters remains busy in themselves, they didn't listen easily, which is very bad. 3. Also due to some disagreement in billing as explained in point no. 1 they didn't offer us finger bowl. So it's better to visit other good restaurants in Hisar and they have much food quality and service and also they don't fool you like Harmony in billing.

I like ambience and comfortable interior. The food was super and taste really fantastic delicious. Highly recommend to all family to check in here to enjoy all meals because all meals are delicious and also child friendly so you can enjoy your weekend or special days

Good parking space for vehicle. Clean and spacious rooms and bathroom.cooperative staff. Tasty food. They have all whatever a traveller is required as I was on my business trip.

The food in the hotel was fantastic, the rooms have been amazing as well. The staff are very helpful and tended to my need. Tarun helped us with the restaurant orders and have made sure that we have had enough food to eat at their breakfast buffet, which was excellent.

It's a very good place to stay with family .typical food taste , hospitable staff, couldn't expect this kind of place in such a small kind of city .lovely ambience of restaurant ..lovely staff ,hope you will be keeping like this only in future too..really worth to stay .excellent

This immediate resolution showcased their commitment to ensuring guest satisfaction, which is commendable. Despite the initial hiccup, the rest of my stay at Harmony was very enjoyable. The room was clean, well-maintained, and equipped with all the necessary amenities. The ambiance of the hotel was pleasant, and the staff, apart from the initial issue, were courteous and attentive. The dining experience was delightful, with a variety of delicious options available. The hotel's facilities, including the fitness center and pool, were top-notch and added to the overall positive experience. In conclusion, while my stay began on a less than satisfactory note, the remarkable response from the management turned it around completely. I appreciate their dedication to providing a quality experience for their guests. I would recommend Harmony to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay, knowing that the management is responsive and committed to guest satisfaction.
