Hotel O Naveen Residancy

Fraud oyo booked me this hotel after forcing me to pay online.On reaching they said all rooms are booked and took me to a nearby house and gave me an old room without ac and no bathroom utilities like soap, shower.I had to take because it was past 10 pm and I was exhausted from carrying the bag and searching the hotel .what a horrible experience. I don't know if I will be able to sleep in this bed.This is just unacceptable.

Worst . No professionalism. Something odd going out there. No cleanliness. Said that Oyo rooms are available but are not in good condition. If you pay us hotel amount then they will be giving better options. We paid 1000 for the room. Though in Oyo it was for RS 560. Oyo must verify before registering such hotels under them

Horrific behaviour by the staff and owner. We were denied stay inspite of booking and offering extra money as well.
