Decent rooms. No proper locks. Staff behavior is not good. Room service other than in room dining is practically non existent. No extension for front desk.

We went for lunch a week back They cook veg and non veg together, that was bit a problem! Ended up having chhola kulcha and dosa, Taste was quite amazing specially dosa! But chhola kulcha rates were quite high as they charge 350 apprx for chhola, and separately rs 90 for kulcha , though taste was amazing 😍 Ambience was good 👍

After a long search we managed to find a good decent hotel to stay in our budget. One of the most difficult things here is to park a car , Very narrow entrance and exits and very difficult to park as well. Situated on the main road so it's a good thing. Complimentary breakfast was average butter served was not fresh. Omlate contained too much onions. Kulchas were very hard. The rooms are good spacious too.

i visited this hotel on today 6th oct 2024. i had booked corporate room for 4 nights . I am paying 3200 rs per night i thought i have a 3 star hotel. but Hotel does not provides any basic services. after check in asked them to provide basic things. Like Toothpaste, hair oil. Manager told me they don,t provide these types of things here. i asked them then why they are misleading the customers. why they have given the name ki this is 3 star hotel.waiters are like dhaba worker. i can,t recommend to any one to book this hotel. i will not come here again. this is only my first day experience for next 3 days i will share again. The place looks good but the Room service was very bad. We ordered tea, it came an hour late and it was cold and tasted horrible. The cleaning staff didn't come even after constantly calling and asking them to. The service was very slow. We ordered water after everyone was dehydrated and exhausted, they took half an hour to bring it. The lift doesn't come half of the time and the other half, they lock it, when it is supposed to work and you have to wait for a personnel to show up so they can unlock it. The food was also very basic, not good. The location of the hotel is right in front of the highway so it's very hard to sleep because of all the trucks at night. Overall, I'm not very happy with the service. I went to stay at the place for a wedding with my whole family and none of us were satisfied.
