Capital O 29566 Hotel Mid Town

This hotel was an absolute disaster from start to finish. The room was a nightmare—filthy, uncomfortable, and reeking of stale air, with a bathroom that seemed untouched by cleaning staff and walls so thin I felt like I was sharing space with everyone on the floor. The service? Nonexistent. Every interaction felt like I was bothering the staff, who couldn’t have cared less about basic requests like clean towels or even a functioning TV or AC remote. There was also a “high-speed” Wi-Fi that barely connected. The location was isolated, adding to the already terrible experience. This place is a masterclass in what not to do in hospitality. Avoid it at all costs.

It's the most horrible place to stay in town. They'll first make you pay double for rooms available at half the price online. Then they deny you any room services. Today in the morning, we asked the receptionist to get our breakfast and a bottle of water in our room. He was really, really rude and denied to send the breakfast in the room but just last night, one of the waiters had informed us that they'll be sending the food. And on top of that, we waited for the water bottle for 2hrs, and during this time, we reminded him at least thrice. And the best part is, they make you pay for the water bottle as well. In the end, we had to leave without getting food and water. And after that , they call you and force you to give good ratings. It was the most horrible experience of my life at a hotel.

Hotel Mid Town a beautiful budget hotel, situated at GT Road close to Bus Stand and Railway Station. Though it is situated on the highway but very peaceful. All facilities like free parking, lift, Wi-Fi, Room service etc and plentiful amenities in the rooms which are elegant and spacious. Good house keeping and quite clean that's why it is very popular among the visitors. Front office and staff is extremely courteous and they are dedicated professionals. Dana Paani a fabulous vegetarian Restaurant, where guests may love the North Indian dishes. Some popular desserts will increase the taste in this great historical town of Haryana. This good hotel's tariff is quite economical with attractive discount.

I wish I could have given 0star Whatever the tariff they said at night the next morning they will charge extra amount as GST if you ask for a bill If you don't ask for a bill they will keep the said amount as their black income And the rooms were so horrible like they were constructed in 1947 and not maintained since then The washroom was like a haunted movie scene I never recommended anyone to stay at this place

During the Covid 19 days also the hotel room is not clean. No sanitization at all. People coming here shall ensure they have guts to risk their lives. The food was average and prices are like a high-end restaurant. Further the room costs are too high for the facilities they provide. The TV didn't work. Most of the calls to room service went unattended. 1 word review "Pathetic"

The hotel is located on GT road. The location is good. The interior and exterior of hotel are old. Rooms are okay. For price of 800 to 900 is good but nothing above that. The service is very poor. The restaurant is very expensive. There are simple dhabas nearby with simple and best food.
