Hotel Surya Inn Sanoli Road Panipat

I had a very terrible experience at Panipat Surya Hotel. We were two elderly people who frequently travel, and never in our journeys have we faced such a horrible experience. The hotel was broken, dirty, and poorly maintained.There was no proper service at all, and shockingly, we had to stay hungry at night as no food was provided. Truly one of the worst stays of our life. The place felt more like a shady lodge than a proper hotel. The booking process itself was suspicious. I strongly advise everyone to avoid this hotel.

1.Room neat clean and hygiene Maintain both in washroom and room. 2.staff welcome and behaviour too good with smiling. 3.wifi facility available. 4.4 wheeler parking not available

Very bad service and rooms for couple and not the price which is showing in Google Map profile they charged extra, and not only rooms washroom also in bad condition. I'm properly dissatisfied by this . I'm attach a video to slow room condition 🙁

Great location, in the heart of the city mainly in Market Area, The staff is awesome n v good. It would be good if maintains the Quality n hygiene.
