Hotel D'Olives

Stayed here only for couple of nights as it was fully booked rest of week while I was in panipat. I attended a spiritual event nearby and most guests attended. I was surprised how luxurious it was compared to previous hotel park green for only about 10 gbp more a night, breakfast included. Room service was quite good but little expensive. They have all you need, ac, fan, TV, WiFi, big comfy bed I was solo as my guest was ill so huge double to myself, slept well.

Stayed there for 3 days. Service was quick. Just that they do not serve chilled complementary water bottles. Chilled water is chargeable. The location is good with parking in front of the hotel itself. The rooms are spacious. Breakfast is fine & repetitive. Otherwise Food menu has a lot of variety and tastes good. Overall a nice experience.

I stayed for 5 days in this hotel. It was a bad experience. Even basic amenities like hot water were not available. Breakfast quality was disgusting. Staff is not suitable for hospitable industry. They charge GST on MRP ( e.g water bottle ).Later I found many better hotels within the same price range were available and shifted to other hotel.

Make froud with people by inviting the guest by Mahindra club house for offering the voucher for hotel stay and lunch, if person is not buy the membership for club Mahindra then they take bill from invited members. Club Mahindra and hotel D'Olives make fraud with people and waste their time

I had a party for around 25 people at upstairs restaurant area.The ambience was good.Service and food quality was upto the mark.I highly recommend this place for small get together.

Rat trap in the rooms Rats are walking commonly from here and there. No such information revealed and no facility to overcome the rat problems in the rooms.

The rooms are spacious and well lit. Equipped with a double bed, closet and mirror, coffee table and study table with chair. The staff is okie not well behaved. The water was unavailable at night for drinking. The support was not there. Even hot water is not available even upon request. Breakfast no drinking juice or cold coffee is served . Location is good as it is on the highway. Parking is an issue as u get flat tire in the morning

Very poor service .We checked in at around 1.10 am on 20th June ,we had 5-6 luggages so asked them to help us with the luggage but the guy in the reception counter denied by saying we have no one to do that,though one person was present..This made me write this review ..DISAPPOINTED
