OYO Flagship 13672 Hotel Dhruv

Great location, really good customer service, hotel has proper character, especially the rooms (we had 4 poster superior room). To put things in perspective, stupid people will stay in an old building, suited for non materialistic customers, and then expect a modern Hilton modern room and interior. As long as you are switched on, and understand your staying in a building that was built for your grandad's grandad was born, you will appreciate the stay, along with the furniture and interior. If you prefer modern, look for a premier inn. If you want original character, stay here. It was £8 uber ride into town, breakfast was premuim and super tasty (not cheap cuts for breakfasts, although i do prefer the cheaper cuts to be honest!). Customer service upon check-in (GM checked us in) was attentive to detail, which is unusual, as normal check-in is "heres your keys, room down the corridor" , so that indeed was like a cherry on the cake! Worst experience ever…. No electricity eventhough for charging the mobile phone…. No hot water in rooms tap water is full of mud… totally wasted the time and money….. very disappointed with the hotel

I have check-in this hotel on last 24 May 2022 for my 3 Days official trip and I would like to share my review of this hotel. List of disarray of this hotel- 1) So called receptionist clearly refused to provide a room if you have OYO booking. 2) This is the place for “SEX BOOKING ONLY” 3) From night to till morning, water supply was closed. So you will not able to wash your hand. 4) All room’s door locks were broken and had a huge hole in every door. Anyone can see inside the room from outside. 5) AC was not working. 6) Bed-sheets were very dirty. 7) Bathrooms were not usable, bcoz they were very dirty. 8) No basket and mug were provided for bath. 9) Bath towel was very dirty. 10) Refuse to provide bill. 11) No proper drinking water facility.

Staff is literally disgusting.. They knock on your door at night many times just to disturb you. And if you say something they threatened you we will call the police... Bad behaviour that's it.

The room was very small, it was very dirty and its TV was also not working, I did not like it at all. There was no cleanliness in the bathroom too, there was filth spread. i would like to point that out

It's a nearest hotel from railway station. But service not well. Room is ok. When I was stay here. That day was very hot. I thought it will ok to that hotel but when I spend night fan or AC is not working. I informed to receptionist but they ignored. Very bad experienced.

Awesome experience and educated staff. Cleanliness - 5 star Staff Behaviour - 4.5 Star Location - 5 star Food/Drinks - 4 star Safety/Security - 5 star You can reach here via public transport it is just located in front of police station so it is also safe and secure.

Tv, towel,oyo bath kit anything is not receive and room very dirty and door window lock are break and bathroom gisture not available as per booking . Room was not same as booking.very bad experience.i never book this hotel again
